Sounds like a good fit to our general playing style tbf.

I still wonder if every effort was made to repair the relationship with Pearson in order to keep him charge as they ought to know by now that trying to bring a new manager in is almost always a major risk. It's something you should avoid is possible as you can never be sure you'll get your first choices or that those individuals will fit your situation. This search for a manager is the least pleasant I've experienced. I'm more or less resigned to us getting a downgrade on our last one. I'm left hoping we don't land ourselves some sort of disaster.
