It's the best way, force him into a corner and force him to make a decision. I suspect he would come to us rather than stay at Inter if they were his only two options but he'd prefer to drag this out for as long as he can to hope for another club to stump up the €15m

All we sort of now is the offer we made is agreeable, it's more than the other teams interested, there seemed to be a deadline set of the end of the week to conclude the deal, his part owners got on a plane to Europe, we've made an offer of about £50k in wages (changes according to source). So from all that I'd guess it's now with the player and we're waiting / negotiating with him.
