Guest Kopfkino Posted 29 July 2015 Posted 29 July 2015 Not so much a 2nd team but I was quite disappointed to see Yeovil and Cheltenham go down last season cos of how their fans were at the KP
Stuntman_Mike Posted 30 July 2015 Posted 30 July 2015 No real 2nd team as such, but I look out for Hertha Berlin, Slovan Bratislava and Dagenham's results!
Jattdogg Posted 30 July 2015 Posted 30 July 2015 Leicester City. Does this imply your first team is not Leicester? Lynch him!
Nalis Posted 30 July 2015 Posted 30 July 2015 Bangor FC in Northern Ireland Huddersfield (ancestry from there) Sampdoria (glory hunting after their 1991 Seria A, balled my eyes out when they lost v Barca in the 92 Champions League final like the 8 year old bellend I was at the time . Obviously been shite ever since) Arsenal (favourite out of the big English teams) Bottom 3 are just preferences in that order, only one I get genuinely upset about when they lose is the top one. My local teams at the moment in order of closeness to me are Millwall and Charlton so part of me feels like I should be obliged to look out of their results.
Guest Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 fc halifax town afc wimbledon and arsenal out of the 'big' clubs
Benguin Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 I like, as someone has already mentioned, watching particular players. Always watch Barcelona when they're on telle. I supported Manchester United when I was between the ages of 4 and 11, because I was given a Man Utd shirt. It wasn't until my Grandad took me at the age of 11 to my first game that I started watching Leicester
bovril Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 Kings Lynn, Palermo. Can't say I'm that bothered though.
Hollism Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 Never really had one but last week I found out that Burton Albion still sell Balti pies (just as good as they were when we had them too ), so I'll be looking out for them this year
RonnieTodger Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 Cheltenham. I did like Aston Villa, but last season made me despise them.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 Notts County, don't really know why but I always wish them well
Dan Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 Mine are literally always because of FM saves. Nantes & Las Palmas.
Unabomber Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 Arsenal I love them, they play the game in a beautiful way.
The Blur Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 My mum's work colleague used to take me to West Ham few times when I was little, fell in love with the stadium and the atmosphere so they are my second team now but I wouldn't be too devastated if they lose. It is bad enough having my weekend ruined by Leicester losing let alone another team losing!
Richard Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 Look our for Dundee FC and Burton Albion (my 2 local clubs) and I've followed Athletic since they annihilated United that time under Bielsa
Facecloth Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 I'm with a few others in here in having a like of Arsenal. Unless by some miracle Leicester win the league, I always hope Arsenal will be champions. Always been a massive Henry fan, and that Arsenal team of the early 2000's was probably my favourite team of all time. Beautiful football coupled with the power of the likes of Vieira. They were brilliant to watch. Also the club have a very unique history. Even if you're not a fan it's worth looking back through.
Asha Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 I have a serious soft spot for a lot of teams. Notts County, Newport County, and then several teams in Europe. Bit of a strange mix maybe but it's based on places I've lived. When you're not living in Leicester, and are priced out of attending games even when you are, it's good to have second teams to fall back on.
Freesolo Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 Like to see Corby Town do well and Scotland but couldn't support a team that have any chance of playing Leicester
Beliall Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 Arsenal,Liverpool, and Brighton I like to see do well. Not so much Liverpool recently but I used to follow them in the champs league.
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 4 August 2015 Posted 4 August 2015 Boston United since my parents moved out Lincolnshire way.
