When they shown Watfords approach to our attacking it was a good little insight.

After the first half would Pearson have recognised this and made the changes to our system to win this game....No

This small change what Raneri made won us the game and changed our outlook in the second half.

98 percent of the games he has got his tactics right and substitutions spot on.

We do truly have a world class manager, these decisions is what is the difference from a good manager and a world class one!

This,100%. Just sublime some of his small changes. As he says, Zlowly, Zlowly. . .

Anyone getting as bored and depressed with the Norwich manager's post match interviews as I am?

I actually thought McClaren would be a good appointment for Newcastle. He had Derby playing some really good stuff the year they went up and was foiled only by a) how bad a position they were in when he took over and b) QPR's immense fortune in the PO final.

Unbelievably he's done almost as badly as John Carver having spent the best part of £100 million. They've got to get rid of him and get Pearson in asap. Pearson might keep them up, he might not, but he'll certainly make a good fist of sorting that club out if he gets a good couple of years at it.

i think he means better at defending set-pieces, which I think is odd anyway because before this season teams were almost guaranteed to score against us from corners or free-kicks. these days we're much more solid.

Can't remember the last goal we conceded from a set-piece before Gardner for WBA.

I know Stan, I fully get that I just don't get why the need to look to criticise after a solid win, clean sheet and 5 points clear at the top. YES TOP OF THE PREMIER LEAGUE BY 5 POINTS NOT A RELEGATION SCRAP. Always look to improve, I agree, but negative stuff really doesn't help in my opinion!

You can always improve though. Also it stops people going "I didn't hear you compaining when we were winning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Newcastle, Sunderland and Villa to go down would be great.

About time the Prem was shaken up a bit and these clubs that seem to hover every year on the cusp of relegation are running out of luck finally!

There's no real stand out game other than maybe Chelsea West Ham, but it was only 2-2, not 4-3. There's no story in any of the other games, we're the big story today. Lineker has often said games will occasionally be picked for the story they make rather than the quality of the match.

Murphy and Jenas are the experts, weren't these two the ones Pearson called the 'Fountains Of Knowledge' last season?

Murphy is a huge fan of Drinkwater.
