Spurs.. Pre match thread...

Think this could be a good game to watch, I always like City V spurs for some reason.

It's a tough game too because although Spurs often cruise through much of the season in 'average' mode, on their day they can match any team in the league.

I'm trying not to get too carried away, but I reckon this could be another city win, Imagine that? 3 straight wins for the first three games? Just looking at our bench on Saturday will give me a stiffy. With Kane not bagging at the minute and some transfer speculation around a few players I think this game is here for the taking. If we go out there from the off with intentions of winning and without fear then I'm going to say a city 3-1.

I honestly cannot remember the last time there was a nil in this fixture. It's always open and there are always goals. Great fixture.

Best chance ever of beating these with the form both teams are on. Really don't rate Spurs that highly, think they'll come top six/seven easily but they're beatable with their defence.

A draw wouldnt be terrible but must aim for the win.

I reckon 2-2 with Okazaki and Schlupp scoring

yeah I ****ed mine up too, shame.

can't work out this game at all, will have a fiver on mahrez anytime leicester win again but probably just leave it at that. could see a win, draw or loss and none would be particularly surprising a result really.

probs have some consolation dollas on kane to score too tbf

I won mine, but this would've made me an extra £6 if it comes in and we all know that that £6 is going to be the difference between me finishing 28th and 29th.

My concern is Benalouane getting a red, so, so reckless.

He will be on the bench so I would be surprised if he gets red, he will learn give him chance.

Merson predicting another win for us. He's going 2-1.

Looking forward to seeing Inler play in a Leicester shirt for the very first time - even though I sense it's only going to be as a sub (at most).

Last 4 homes games we've been 3-0, 2-0, 2-0 and 2-0 at half time (in some cases in first half hour) impressive how well we start at home

Spurs game plan will be simple, hold out for first half hour and see how it goes afterwards.

Easier said than do, we are irresistible...

...but on the hand lets not get carried away our run 28 points from 33, but we have only played one of the big 6 in that run and that was the one we lost.

Spurs may not be at their best but they are one of the big boys for a reason and we will have to be at our best to win this.

Losing both Huth and Kingy (within the first 20 minutes was it?) somewhat screwed the game plan. I maintain that we would have had a point out of that game at the very least.

I just hope the players and staff remain focused and don't get carried away following 2 good results. Lets face it Sunderland were dire and West Ham had a bad day at the office. This will be the first real test against quality opposition that we've faced this year.

I'd take a draw
