purpleronnie Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 Sounds weird but I don't like the fact they haven't won yet and we haven't lost.

Christoph Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 Work moved their training day resulting in me having to rebook my hotel for this weekend... Only now I have remembered were playing spurs at home....whyyyyyyy!! I'll accept a win if it means I'm not allowed to watch it

Buzzell Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 Perfect time to play Spurs whilst there not looking too great atm. If Kane plays then no doubt he will bag against us. I'll go for a 2-1 win. King, Vardy and Kane with the goals.
gerrytaggart Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 If you look at Kane - his face suggests he doesnt understand what is going on around him. Fair play to the lad though, absolute beast for them last season chipping in with 20+ goals. I still cant bring myself to rate him though, he was just awful when he came here. Be interesting to see if he can maintain his form, I felt like he had a lot of luck last term.
ScouseFox Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 mental that we've got from dead certs to finish bottom to potential champions league outsiders in the eyes of opposition fans in... two games
TJB-fox Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 Would take a draw but no reason why we can't really get in amongst them and go for all 3 points. Due a loss so reckon we'll lose 1-
Finnaldo Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 Make the King Power a fortress, other than last year's Champions no team has been able to deal with the atmosphere combined with constant pressing. A draw would be decent but another 3 points would be amazing, that would be just under a quarter of our target within the first three games. Mad. Spudulike Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 Kane hasn't scored yet this season... If he does, I hope that he's not going to do that ear cupping thing again. He got nothing but support when he was on loan with us. Plonka.
ARM1968 Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 Kane was playing deep yesterday providing passes to others. Had a couple of half decent chances but looked off the pace and out of sorts. Hope that continues for another week.
SomalianFox15 Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 Spurs have some quality players and will be our toughest opponents so far. If we get an early goal I think we will win. A point would be a very good result though.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 We just need to do our Ranieri special, go into half time 2 or 3 goals up and we're laughing! Seriously though I think we can do these, this squad is on fire and Spurs haven't shown anything special yet. 2-1 to us
weller54 Posted 16 August 2015 Author Share Posted 16 August 2015 Inler on the bench for us I think.... Come on to replace King after 70 mins when we're leading 2-1....

Did he? I'm sure he got roundly abused for being absolute doggo and derailing our promotion bid.
foxfanazer Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 We can exploit Kyle Walker imo. Mahrez could have a field day against him

Adster Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 Really we have no reason to be scared of these. Vardy tore Alderwield a new arsehole last time out and they're defense really ain't anything great. Can see us winning here.
Thracian Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 This is the first chance we have this season to silence the sceptics - the people who think we're only flattered by our wins because the opposition is so shit. Well, I don't know about the opposition but I do know the only tam you can play against is the one that's scheduled on the fixture list and so far we've won two out of two. According to the impression given by some, Spurs will come here, show their class and hammer us by four or five. Well I remember much the same sentiments being expressed before an FA Cup match in DeVries days but it didn't quite work out according to the pre-match script, did it? I don't know how the Spurs game will pan out but I've got my tickets and I've complete belief in our team's ability to make life as uncomfortable for Spurs as for so many other sides in recent history. Doubtless the sceptics will remain sceptical whatever happens. Me I think Spurs are just another 11 men who will have to work like trojans - and then some more - to best the spirit of Leicester City. shailen Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 I think one of the things id least attribute to Spurs is "grinding out results". Flat track bullies is what id call them. Get a goal up and their tails wag, their tidy players like Eriksen, Chadli, Lamela can look good. When their backs are against the wall, their heads go down and they just cannot respond. Disagree. Against us last season, we destroyed them yet they won both times. The number of 2-1 away wins where they were poor but relied on late goals from Kane or Eriksen was crazy. Must have happened 4/5 times at least. Apart from that 5-3 against Chelsea, I have not seen anything from them to worry me. Yet they manage to get results when it seems unlikely. harryclark97 Posted 16 August 2015 Share Posted 16 August 2015 2-2 for this one, i think we will catch them out early on, but they are a good side
