yes but he is better than Simpson

What does Simpson have to do with it?  Is Moore a right back? Simpson is here because like it or not, its the only like for like replacement for De Laet at present.  Moore has Was, Wes, Huth in front of him in the pecking order.  Whether Moore is better than Simpson is irrelevent because they don't play in the same position.

Good move, hopefully Liam can get some first team experience and get his confidence back.

Still believe he can be quality one day, but needs to play games.

In all fairness he can be played out as a RB and think he has spent abit of time there for u21's and few cameo first team first seasons ago.

Was can also play as a RB and Benny has also been put there so far.

I don't see RDL and Simpson as a like for like apart from right side of defence is their natural position, they are both different types of players

I honestly don't think we'll see him in a Leicester shirt again. He's gone backwards in the last 2/3 years.

I'm not sure he has gone backwards, I think we have just bought in better players and maybe the standard of the premier league is a step too far for him at the minute

surprised we have let him go before we signed any more defenders

We're playing with two centre backs and have three including Moore not currently in the team.

If not backwards his progression has been absolutely minimal. You compare it to someone like Schlupp and it's quite damning.

I like Liam, and I like the idea of him coming through the ranks and eventually captaining his boyhood club... But I just can't see it happening. I just don't think he has the raw talent to cut it at this level, it sounds harsh but to get to where we all want to be as a club, we need quality as well as passion.

Shame that he seems to have gone back recently given his performance in 2013/14 and at the start of last season. Hope he does well at Bristol City.

There was one game in the cup last season against Newcastle where he absolutely bossed it, but their attack was shite. He didn't look particularly out of place in the game against Arsenal either. Shame he hasn't pushed on.

I know he's one of our own but if he ain't good enough at the minute he ain't good enough .... Let the lad go on loan and let's see what happens ..... In the meantime back at the ranch we need big experienced commanding cb's like the rest of the prem if we want to push on ...

Good luck to him. If the game time improves him enough then great, if not it'll help him get another club.

It's a big chance for him to work on his faults and rebuild his confidence. Like one or two others i don't think he'll remain at Leicester - perhaps because we're outstripping his capabilities.

I've seen little to suggest Moore could be anything but a standby full-back - he's just not fast enough or good enough. And that's a major problem today where versatility is a big asset.

At a lesser club he'll be just about good enough for two positions but not here. Schlupp, on the other hand, not only has ability in two positions but is also blessed with the Holy Grail for a Premiership player - the raw pace not just to create havoc but to rectify mistakes.

If Moore proves me wrong I'll be delighted for him.

With Fredericks disappearing and Bristol City signing another centre back on loan in baker, he will more than likely be their right back.

Something which is hardly going to help him get stronger at centre back but I suppose any game time is good.
