Richmondfox Posted 17 November 2015 Share Posted 17 November 2015 I can't see anyone being sold, maybe Kram on loan if he's not going to get a chance this season. The Man Utd rumours for Mahrez and Vardy are just paper talk, agents pushing for better contracts at the best. They have Depay and Martial and they aren't even getting a start or played in the right positions. Players only have the power when they are close to the end of their contract and the club needs the money, West Brom and Beharino for example. If Vardy were ever to act up and have his head turned he can rot in the reserves till he's 32. The money offered for Vardy would make no difference to the club as it would cost way more to get someone in. The scouting team would have all the info on what it would cost to replace Vardy and that's if we could attract that sort of player. The owners aren't going to sell their star players when they are building us to compete as a top team.
Loggy88 Posted 17 November 2015 Share Posted 17 November 2015 I would send Kramaric out on loan, he needs to play every week. He could come back a better player and we would reap the benefit. Bournemouth desperately need a striker so why not send him there?

Bayfox Posted 17 November 2015 Share Posted 17 November 2015 Honest "what if" question. If the owners we pissed up and decided to sign Messi in January and we were say 5th in the league by Dec 31st and were happy to pay his minimum fee release clause and 500k a week wages the question is where would we finish?? lol Should finish top. As we don't have to go to stoke on a cold wet tuesday night.

Len Finsbury Posted 17 November 2015 Share Posted 17 November 2015 can't agree a new offer at the minute personally I'd like him for a couple of seasons. No thanks. He's 32 years old. Wouldn't really fit in to a team that attacks with pace.

Dan LCFC Posted 18 November 2015 Share Posted 18 November 2015 Some of the shouts in here are beyond me. There's just no way on earth we're signing Costa, Dzeko or Welbeck.
conLAD logan Posted 18 November 2015 Share Posted 18 November 2015 Some of the shouts in here are beyond me. There's just no way on earth we're signing Costa, Dzeko or Welbeck. Welbeck is realistic, if Stoke can get Shaqiri and crystal palace can get cabaye, there is every possibility we'd stand a chance.
CosbehFox Posted 18 November 2015 Share Posted 18 November 2015 Welbeck isn't realistic. We are simply not established enough. If to move more likely an Everton or a Spurs or even a Southampton, clubs who've hung around a bit in the division.
dannythefox Posted 18 November 2015 Share Posted 18 November 2015 Welbeck is this the player that always seems to be injured? There's know point in Leicester going for a player that will play half a season.

LCFC hub Posted 18 November 2015 Share Posted 18 November 2015 I think we will. I thought so too, especially if there's a chance Mahrez could move in Jan or in the Summer. Although we are okay for wingers ATM if there's chance to improve on what we have then it could happen
My Nads Posted 20 November 2015 Share Posted 20 November 2015 I hope we put in another offer for Charlie Austin, he would be a great signing for us. Can't believe they were farting about over a couple of million in the summer. How dangerous would we be up front with Vardy, Austin, Albrighton and Marhez! Also can we please sign someone that can take a free kick. I can't remember the last time we scored from one. Seriously when was it? Then a RB and a GK! That should be enough for our title push! EnglishOxide Posted 20 November 2015 Share Posted 20 November 2015 I genuinely can't see what Austin can offer us that Kramaric can't. They're the same sort of player.
