desertfox2 Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Brahimi, Slimani & RB cover. Then we definitely could win the league
les-tah Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Brahimi, Slimani & RB cover. Then we definitely could win the league What's with all the Algerians? As good as they are do you want to be screwed come every other January and Feb thanks to the Africa cup of nations !!!
Grantham Fox Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Brahimi, Slimani & RB cover. Then we definitely could win the leagueAissa Mandi perhaps giving the Algerian topic? What's with all the Algerians? As good as they are do you want to be screwed come every other January and Feb thanks to the Africa cup of nations !!!This. Algeria do have a pretty good side looking at it.
desertfox2 Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Aissa Mandi perhaps giving the Algerian topic? This. Algeria do have a pretty good side looking at it. ACON = top of the league problems. Algeria have a great side.
desertfox2 Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 What's with all the Algerians? As good as they are do you want to be screwed come every other January and Feb thanks to the Africa cup of nations !!! Algeria do have a very good side
Carl the Llama Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Algeria do have a very good side You can't just keep suggesting your compatriots though, there are other countries out there producing great players who won't leave us up shit creek every ACON.
les-tah Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 You can't just keep suggesting your compatriots though, there are other countries out there producing great players who won't leave us up shit creek every ACON. Exactly!!!!! Just imagine if Mahrez left us now for 2 months, we'd all be crying.
desertfox2 Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 You can't just keep suggesting your compatriots though, there are other countries out there producing great players who won't leave us up shit creek every ACON. I'm not Algerian but with a name like desertfox can see why you would think that anyway never mind. Brahimi was African footballer of the year. On the other side of the coin to worrying about ACON never really stopped Chelsea signing Drogba, Essien etc.
foxes21 Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Tbh lets says we sign another Algerian.. That's still only 3 players we'd lose to ACON. Schlupp, Mahrez & the other Algerian. Kante could still choose France but 3-4 depatures would be managable Imo, depending on who we bring in during the summer
Bettsj2 Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 I'd absolutely love us to go bananas in this transfer window. Not gonna happen but it'd be awesome to see us throwing cash around like confetti.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Not sure where to post this but there are some comments coming from China that our pal Sven has recommended us to Dario Conca, Google Translate doing a superb job here Now Shanghai's most prized weapon Conca, of 32 years of age, has concerned his urge to play in Europe with England's heaven team Leicester City. Current dog Mr Eriksson previously tied to the club in England's relegation division the Championship is honored to have recommended Leicester to Conca but there is believed to be a roadblock over income demand. In other times Brazil nation striker Fred is believed to be primary target for Eriksson as Haito is urgent to sell burnout Asamoah Gyan. The links on Shanghai Daily but if this ESPN write up is to be believed he isn't coming cheap, remember the big noise about him going to Ghangzhou and how much moolah he was getting. http://www.espnfc.co.uk/fluminense-fc/story/2269242/dario-conca-sven-goran-eriksson-shanghai-sipg-11-million-dollar-salary-reports
SMX11 Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 The bigger roadblock would be the chance of him getting a work permit which is next to zero.
Out Foxed Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 The bigger roadblock would be the chance of him getting a work permit which is next to zero. i'd say the fact that a dog has recommended him might be bigger.

desertfox2 Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 :xmaslaugh: Should sign the Dog must have pace to still be alive in China
Carl the Llama Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Is it wrong that I've never heard of him? He seems fairly prolific according to transfermarkt but 32 years old and playing in China screams leave well enough alone imo.
