Samilktray Posted 22 October 2015 Posted 22 October 2015 What does everyone have for packed lunch at work/school/college etc? Looking for new ideas and inspiration for my packed lunches, and hopefully this thread can inspire us all to have delicious packed lunches

Izzy Posted 22 October 2015 Posted 22 October 2015 I make my two kids a packed lunch every morning for school. Usually sandwiches, cheese and ham, Mayo, bit of mustard. Then some fruit, maybe a yogurt, cereal bar etc. Sometimes I add some grapes, fruit flakes or something. The whole process takes me about 25 minutes every morning. It breaks my heart when the little fvckers come home and I discover they've eaten fvck all of it. #wastingmytime
Samilktray Posted 22 October 2015 Author Posted 22 October 2015 I made a chicken and chorizo baguette for my packed lunch a few weeks back. Superb it was.
srbfox Posted 22 October 2015 Posted 22 October 2015 Leftovers, or a micro meal. I find that I leave too early for breakfast so it's usually a McDonald's breakfast (nothing else open near at 6am) or fruit and yogurt if I'm prepared the night before
pSinatra Posted 22 October 2015 Posted 22 October 2015 I very rarely have a packed lunch, because most of the time I can't be arsed to make one, so just nip into Tescos & buy a few bananas & a bottle of fizzy flavoured water. Had some home-made tandoori chicken that needed to be eaten. Cooked the chicken, got some flatbread/tortilla from the Co-op, iceberg lettuce & some plain yoghurt (added some mint) They'll probably be gone by 10 o'clock
