Watching the goals, we're such a good counter attacking side - both of them, win the ball back deep within our half and 10-15 seconds later it's in the back of their net: but it's the intricacies of the link-ups that really does it, Vardy to Kante for the first and the ball through Vardy to Mahrez for the second are just magnificent.

Biggest thing now is that the defence is getting there - 3 clean sheets in 7, conceding just 6 in that time, none from open play - in fact I don't think we've conceded from open play since Arsenal. Sort out our defending from set pieces and I really don't see anyone stopping us. Just sit back and watch how it's done next week Chelsea

It isn't like we are there by luck just playing boring defensive football and hoping to nick one (Man U) we are at the top because we take the game to teams, we have scored the most, and have the leagues two top scorers. Not only that but I can't remember the last time we conceded in open play... we are here on merit and deservedly so, the best team in the league at this point.

Could have got 8, could easily have conceded 2 that hit the woodwork but coulda, shoulda don't  win you games.

Hitting the woodwork doth butter no parsnips!

Only slight negative is set piece defending again. Why we can't sort this out I do not know.

Ulloa added a lot to our defending of set pieces today I thought.

Reports of a Mahrez / Williams "incident" apparently Mahrez walked into their dressing room and said something and Williams threw his toys out. Not sure if there's any truth or what mahrez said... But something like "get on the weights" would be awesome

Err we won away from home, scored 3 and kept a clean sheet and THATS what you have to say?

Would the Sunderlamd fans still not want to swap any of their players for ours?

If you want to win the league and then the Champions League we need to sort out our weaknesses

Sour grapes if you ask me. Mahrez made an absolute mug of him on the pitch. He's a total embarrassment to be fair. Not even in the same class as Riyad, so pipe down melon head.

Drinkwater has been immense. Any box to box player would love playing next to Kante, it's a bit like a back 4 having complete trust in a keeper in that it takes pressure off and allows Drinkwater to be creative. I genuinely believe that Kante is World Class as a holding midfielder (he does look dangerous going forward too)

Good point about the Thais opening the cheque book in Jan as we have a great chance thus season to do something really special. but then who could we drop. I admit I seriously underrated Simpson if he keeps up the way he's playing looks very solid. The only real position we could strengthen is Ulloa/Okazaki and not sure who we could bring in as it would have to be someone already with Prem experience otherwise there's no point.

It does Kante a disservice to describe him as a holding midfielder. He looks like a complete midfielder to me. He made two goals today out of almost nothing.

I agree, he has got further up the field as he gains more confidence, looks a gem of a player...

This. Nothing wrong with constructive criticism. Pretty sure Ranieri already has a plan

Never had much time for Ashley Williams and lost any respect I might have had for him if those reports are true. Who the fvck goes looking for an opposition player (that had you pants down for 90 minutes) after the game? What is this, Sunday League?
