Man City.. At home... Up next.

Unless Vardy is fit and we'll, I'd put Shinji in his place. Even if he is fit, I'd be tempted to start him on the bench. I'd be tempted to rest/bench Mahrez too. Dyer looked decent and hungry against Liverpool. Get Drinky back in his normal place. The defence was the only decent thing about Liverpool. Christ, it's not too many days away, meaning it's really difficult to justify Vardy and Mahrez.

After their 4-1 win today, they're going to have confidence heading into Tuesday's game I'd have thought. Anything from the game would be a very decent response following our 1-0 defeat today.

Play like we did today and they will take us to the cleaners, I fully expect us to not play as bad but with injuries and this virus going around we could be thin on the ground and it certainly shows.

Fingers crossed for at least a point though or better yet finish 2015 in style.

Liverpool away was always going to be the most difficult in this xmas run, especially without Drinky. Bin King off, Inler in if Drinky is still out. I would start with Vardy and Ulloa, however Shinji pestering their nervous defence could be appealing. I would like to see Dyer start but maybe save that for Bournemouth.

Vardy and Mahrez must be rested.. They looked so tired today..

Vardy & Mahrez can play against Man City and Bournemouth and then have ten days off.

Positives from today:

1) Kompany won't play against us and Aguerro isn't 100% fit yet

2) Arsenal getting thumped should pick our spirits up. We lost and lost well today but look at Arsenal. We're still top by two points and not swallowed by the pack yet. Beat Man City on Tuesday and it's game on again.

I think the most pleasing aspect of the last month is, even in the worst case scenario, we will come away from this so called tough period only a point of the top. Hoping for a good performance even if the result isn't what we want, because today we got neither.

I'm usually quite pessimistic, but got a feeling we'll beat Man City. We're back at home with a pissed up, rowdy evening crowd behind us who will carry us over the line. The players will be hurt and demand a response off each other. Just when everyone thinks we've stumbled, we'll put on a show and make people sit up again and really take us seriously. I don't think Man City are that great and are definitely beatable. I'm going for a famous 3-0 win for us and a very happy new year.

The team half assed today. A result against Man City is now imperative. No result on Tuesday makes today's loss look ever worse.

Horse sh*t, talk about kneejerk bs reaction, give me strength.

Another big game tactically for Ranieri.

They reminded me of Arsenal on a good day today. Lots of clever passing and moving and in many areas. And if we can't neutralise DeBruyne we'll have no chance. What a footballer. So much energy, vision and imagination but also a good provider of both a finish and a final pass.

Yes, there are others who can cause damage but he has so much versatility and cunning.

It'll be as difficult a game as Liverpool but in a totally different way and we'll need everyone to be at their very best - again!

One more to go from the 6 "big Rocks" fixtures where everybody were expecting Leicester to drop lot of points and the lead... Well Leicester is still on top collected 10pts from the last 5 games 3W, 1D, 1L, while United got only 2pts! Not bad, Not bad at all.

We had one poor game guys, bit of perspective here.

I'm going for 1-1

Well actually we had a poor game last week as well, but somehow managed to get a result
