Bout time kramalam got a start if vardys ill again, or potentially as the number 10 (sure rejika played him there?), they're there for the taking if Kompany is injured.

As others have said, if Vardy or Mahrez are half-injured (or ill), they should be rested - but if they are ruled fit to play, they should play. We're a good team but hardly good enough to be rotating our best players against Manchester City FFS.

After a loss, there's a temptation to rip up the blueprint and change everything. We don't need to do that - we just need the odd tweak and our players to play well (which, by and large, they didn't yesterday).

For me, we just can't afford to play King in these sorts of games. Drinkwater should come in for him if he's fit, if not then Inler should play. I'd keep the back four the same.

As for up front - well, basically we have to accept that neither Okazaki or Ulloa really have the quality we'd like given our current lofty position, but if we're going to maintain a 4-4-2 we need to pick one. For me, that's Ulloa, if only because he can defend and can hold it up, which we might need.

Don't really see the point of playing Kramaric and Vardy together...although maybe we should experiment against lesser opposition.

Com on Foxes! we can do this!!!!!!!!!!!. Man City are good but they are beatable and have lost many times this season. I believe in us, we can bounce back from a very narrow defeat against Liverpool.  I will say 2-1 to us !!! come on you Foxes.

Has the bubble burst? Claudio said we need 40 points. How long will it be before we get to that goal?

So I want a win tomorrow but would prefer that if we have fitness/freshness issues we play the stronger team vs Bournemouth next Saturday. Save Vardy for that one if he is only half fit now. Incidentally why was he sitting on the bench at Anfield after being subbed with no jacket/coat on when he had a fever?

I'd like to play Mahrez but he came back well after being rested versus Norwich so I don't see an issue with putting him on the bench on Tuesday night.

When Ranieri was asked about keeping the same team back in October and said he would need the (rest of the) squad for sure in a long season.  Now is the time Claudio. He needs to play the Inlers, Kramaric, Benulouane's now for a few games including the Cup match vs Tottenham.

So I go for defeat against City (1-3) and a narrow win versus Bournemouth (2-1). I'd be OK with that return in the next two home games.

Man City will always be a tough game for us regardless. It's not always about how you win, sometimes it's about how you lose. This is a great opportunity to see what this team is made of.

Hoping DD will be fit for this one get the boys back on winning ways, going to be a tough game Man City had an easy run out Saturday where we had a real intense game with Liverpool.

So I'm going for a close 2-1 win for Leicester keep us up top show everyone we mean bussiness!!

This game will be tough but I think we will have more room to operate than the Liverpool game. That was a must win game for a desperate Liverpool team so they closed down and battled rather than opened up the play.

Man city will play the ball and their fullbacks like to bomb forward so hopefully that will expose gaps for us to play into.

If Drinkwater can't play I would like to see Inler over king. We need more steel and bite in midfield to break up their constant threats. if they resort to punting the ball forward to avoid Silva and De Bruyne then have Vardy/Leo, otherwise if we try to play football on the floor and use the players skill then Vardy/Kram. Hopefully we don't resort to the Kasper long ball punts which end up with Leo holding up the play by backing into the player, shining the ball and giving away a free kick rather than those flick ons with his head he does so well.

They haven't been great on the road so we have to go for it and then go even harder against Bournemouth.

It's funny how they think we are nothing special and our bubble has burst on the back of 1 - 0 loss at Anfield yet they lost 4-1, they got turned over the same result by Spurs, lost to arsenal and only just beat Swansea in ET yet we will be a pushover. Hope we beat these.

Isn't Tom Lawrence back? Might be useful on the bench, gives a different option for the wings or in the Number 10 role, looked very good against Holland for Wales recently.

His last game with Blackburn is January 2nd.

Claudio will set us up not to lose, same as Man U. Vardy will be out. Mahrez on the bench. Drinky unlikely to be back. Inler likely to start with Dyer and Kramaric playing the  'Vardy/Mahrez' roles initially. I'd be tempted to go man to man on De Bruyne as well. Is Pontus up for a game?

Just curious, who is quicker out of Dyer & Albrighton do you think?

Wow. Didn't answer the question. Albrighton was in the top 10 in the league last I knew.

and how I feel about them...

If it's Ulloa I want Albrighton to go with him as the trio with Mahrez creates many possibilities between the 3 of them.

I think Albrighton has an underrated defensive ability, great chemistry with Fuchs, and is our right footed corner taker. We also win 1.5 more corners a game with Leo playing.

If it's Kram I'm all for giving Dyer a go.

After becoming an instant hero in his first appearance, Dyer is cooling for me. I've seen fight and he creates chaos but I don't know how long he can go and I'm not excited about the penalty he gave away against West Brom either. Still hard to rate someone off of a few minutes here and there.

This game could define our season I reckon. Win, and we prove to everyone that we're serious top 4 contenders. Lose, and I fear it may dent our confidence on top of the loss at Liverpool. We could go either way after this and I really hope its onwards and upwards. I just wonder if we've peaked and will run out of stamina. It's a marathon not a sprint and all that. I dunno, I'm really excited and nervous at the same time about this one. If the stars really are aligned for us this year, we'll win and go on to glory. I'm pissed so I'll stop now. I fvckin love you Leicester...

Everyone has done great up to this point... not having depth of squad is going to show in the next few games. I don't think Okazaki has it, I'd prefer to see Kramaric start. I can see City getting this one, but it isn't the end of the world. This time last year we were bottom!! Dare to dream , yes, but don't cry if we get beat by the likes of Man City. Klopp did a great job of reading how Leicester play and used the 442 against us, neutralizing our attack....
