mozartfox Posted 31 December 2015 Posted 31 December 2015 Get him in. He caught my eye when he played for Austria Vienna. Mind you, Junior Lewis would like Andrea Pirlo playing in the Austrian Bundesliga. Young and quick and a definite up-grade
foxfanazer Posted 31 December 2015 Posted 31 December 2015 Would be an unreal signing. Shows our ambition

CloudFox Posted 31 December 2015 Posted 31 December 2015 Am I imagining that we were linked to him before?

CosbehFox Posted 31 December 2015 Posted 31 December 2015 Won't go in January for me. Kiev in the CL last 16. Won't wanna jeopardise his Austrian spot. Apparently Kiev have hinted he will be sold but in the summer.
LCCFox96 Posted 31 December 2015 Posted 31 December 2015 This would be the dream. He'd be a real coup for us. Won't go in January for me. Kiev in the CL last 16. Won't wanna jeopardise his Austrian spot. Apparently Kiev have hinted he will be sold but in the summer. I also don't see how leaving a Ukrainian side, who realistically will probably be knocked out by Man City in the next round, for an English PL side challenging for Europe (and should we dare to dream, even more) will jeopardise his position in the Austrian national team. Fuchs arguably took a step back leaving Schalke to come to us but it's not done him any harm. Besides, he looks likely to be their first pick at CB anyway. The challenge with any potential deal here, I'd say, is not the player's likely need to stay at Dynamo but fending off any interest from bigger clubs.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 31 December 2015 Posted 31 December 2015 Leicester spending £16m on a centre half? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3378897/Leicester-keen-16m-rated-Aleksandar-Dragovic-Sunderland-weigh-January-swoop-Stoke-utility-man-Marc-Wilson.html To think, not so long ago it would have been Mark Wilson we'd have been looking at.

Why not have loyalty to his team mates for six months? His situation is no different to Vardy or Mahrez. Given how Kramaric has flopped here, I suspect a few prospects might have second thoughts about joining us
Gerard Posted 31 December 2015 Posted 31 December 2015 Why can't Kiev beat Man City? Why not have loyalty to his team mates for six months? His situation is no different to Vardy or Mahrez. Given how Kramaric has flopped here, I suspect a few prospects might have second thoughts about joining us Kramaric has flopped because he's proven himself not to be good enough and not because of any bias to foreign or new players. I agree we'll struggle to get him because Kiev are in the CL and after being linked with Arsenal & Man Utd it's a bit of a letdown going to Leicester.
CosbehFox Posted 31 December 2015 Posted 31 December 2015 The point about Kramaric was that he's endangered his Euro 2016 spot when he can have stayed in Croatia or picked an easier place to play his football. Same with Dragovic why risk the six months?
Soar Fox Posted 31 December 2015 Posted 31 December 2015 Given how Kramaric has flopped here, I suspect a few prospects might have second thoughts about joining us Or he sees how Mahrez has turned into one of the best, most sought after players in Europe and he wants a bit of that.
MC Prussian Posted 31 December 2015 Posted 31 December 2015 Kramaric has flopped because he's proven himself not to be good enough and not because of any bias to foreign or new players. Neither has he flopped, nor has he proven himself not to be good enough. Ranieri has so far simply relied on another formation and on other starting strikers. Whether Kramaric is or isn't good enough is open for debate, there is no definite answer.
MPH Posted 31 December 2015 Posted 31 December 2015 impressed with the lvl of targets we are aiming for....

Not really sure how anyone can argue that Kramaric hasn't flopped to be fair. We signed him for a near club record fee being one of the most highly rated up and coming players in Europe and he hasn't established himself in our team. How is he not a flop?

Can't get in a team or even on the bench on what is our weakest position in the team. The average Ulloa & Okazaki are ahead of him every time so we can only conclude he looks even worse than these two in training. That in my book is a flop seems as he is our record signing.
sdb Posted 31 December 2015 Posted 31 December 2015 I must say a month ago i didn't really want any additions for fear of ruining squad harmony, but I think if we really want to establish ourselves as a top half Prem team (or more, dare I say) then we'll never get a better chance than this next month. Know nothing of this chap though!
Dan Posted 31 December 2015 Posted 31 December 2015 All tactical from us. Fvck Man City's CL opponents over to keep Man City distracted in Europe.
Lovejoy Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Would be a coup this. Ball playing centre back certainly of a different mould to Wes and Huth. Sure I've read he's a bit of a nutter though at times.
Nick Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 I'm in Austria at the moment. It's ridiculous the amount of people who are following our success. As regard to this fella, they say he's so mature in ability for his age it's a phenomenon. They are generally kinda surprised we might have the cash but also think he may go to a bigger club though state that he is where he is despite big offers because he wanted first team football and to go to a club that suited his style of play. Fingers crossed. Need to pass out now or slip into a coma.
Legend fox Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 I would give my right nut for this to happen. And my left if we get babacar to. Got 3 kids and married so there unemployed

Sydney Fox Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Oh my, I certainly hope this happens! What a signing this would be.
