CharlieCharles Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 Linked further down this article by John Percy http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/arsenal/12116571/.html nah ya alright...
Kitchandro Posted 22 January 2016 Posted 22 January 2016 These names aren't getting any more encouraging.
lgfualol Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 "Leicester are considering a move for Norwich’s Martin Olsson as a replacement for Schlupp, which threatens to limit Chilwell’s involvement" Seems weird.
EverybodyDannsNow Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 John Percy is very very reliable but I'm struggling to believe this one. Fuchs is our first choice left back, Chilwell is our second choice, why would we need a third?

EverybodyDannsNow Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 Young Ben is going to Arsenal? Can't see us letting him go. We've already rejected one bid and I'm sure we would do the same if another bid came in
chapero82 Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 Can't see us letting him go. We've already rejected one bid and I'm sure we would do the same if another bid came in I hope so buddy or maybe we will send him back out on loan
dannythefox Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 Schulpp only out for another 4 weeks so what's the point, unless when the acon is on we're going to be very short on players and that's something there looking at.
Kilworthfox Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 Cover. Harsh on Chilwell, however we are going for top 4.
Manini Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 I don't mind Olsson actually. As long as the price isn't extortionate and his wages aren't crazy I'm pretty OK with this, considering we don't have any "strength in depth" according to the pundits.
mozartfox Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 No thanks. This would be the worst piece of business since the numerous Sven car crashes. Arsene FO please.
J.Lisemore Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 Not even an upgrade on the young lad Chilwell, never mind Fuchs and Schlupp.
Father Ted Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 Olsson is a good player and comfortable at this level, however as others have said... We already have 3 good left backs.
Gerard Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 I'm never keen on bringing in 27 year olds that aren't better than what we have, it just seems such a false economy. If Chilwell is staying it's such a non story and if he isn't then I'd rather get that lad from Walsall we've been linked with and him and Schlupp can fill in at left back. It's worrying being linked with left backs and Arsenal aggressively pursuing Chilwell as we're powerless to stop it if Chilwell wants to go to Arsenal.
Buzzell Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 We have sufficient cover at left back atm. If Chilwell decided to leave then he could be a decent back up.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 I think he's a good player and could be useful to us with his experience in this league before but I just hope this does not mean Chilwell is moving on.
filbertway Posted 23 January 2016 Posted 23 January 2016 Hmm completely unnecassary, can't see there being much in this. Would have taken him all day long last season mind.
