Phube Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 Right I'm trying to compile an exhaustive list of reasons our run can't continue, feel free to chip in: They're just riding on the back of a good end to last season. They've got an easy start to the season. They've not played any of the "Big 4(5/6)TM". Once they lose they'll lose confidence. They've not played any good teams away. We'll see where they are after the next run of games - ManU, Chelsea, Swansea, Everton, man City, Liverpool. They won't cope with the Winter busy schedule with their squad. We'll see where they are after the next run of games - Liverpool, Man City, Arsenal. They won't be able to play against the lower teams who don't attack them. Errrmmm Southampton will be tricky. Errrmmm... well.. errr... It just can't continue... this doesn't happen... Any more for any more?

You have to win by at least two for it to be a win under new Tottenham rules
Phube Posted 4 April 2016 Author Posted 4 April 2016 - all their players are on drugs Surely that's only lately... let's keep it chronological!
Carl the Llama Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 My favourite is the won't beat big teams/won't beat small teams dichotomy. -They'll tire playing the same players each week (despite arguing we're lucky that we don't get injuries and can play the same players each week)
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 "They will struggle when their internationals return from national team duty"
sylofox Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 "They will struggle when their internationals return from national team duty" How can we have internationals we are shite. Or do you mean our fans that travel with England?
Carl the Llama Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 Leicester will get nervous..... Because they have no experience of winning titles (the Premier League is the only league in England).
Mark_w Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 They'll crumble next year. We're in your Champions League ruining your coefficient.
Carl the Llama Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 Excuse of the opposite sort: Teams don't play at 100% against Leicester but they do against us.
lgfualol Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 My favourite is the won't beat big teams/won't beat small teams dichotomy. -They'll tire playing the same players each week (despite arguing we're lucky that we don't get injuries and can play the same players each week) "Leicester will struggle when they reach December and big teams like Man U, Liverpool, Everton, Chelsea" 3 months later "Leicester will struggle when they reach March, Palace, Southampton, Norwich, Watford all teams fighting at the bottom" in the future "Leicester will struggle in their last 3 games, Man U, Everton, Chelsea" next season "Leicester will struggle with their fixtures"
Jace Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 They won't be able to score without Vardy They won't be able to score without Mahrez
kushiro Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 Excuse of the opposite sort: Teams don't play at 100% against Leicester but they do against us. Ah - remember Fergie actually using that? It was the one that wound Keegan up and provoked the famous "I'd love it..." outburst. Fergie had suggested that Leeds wouldn't try as hard against Newcastle as they had against Man U.
Arriba Los Zorros Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 It's not fair because nobody expected them to win so there's no pressure.... and their fans actually make noise and don't boo them which gives them an unfair advantage....... and.... and.... they're just lucky cos Chelsea and United and Man City are in transition..... erm.... and.... that Vardy is a nasty man.... and people in China have never heard of Wes Morgan so its not good for the Premier League brand...... BORE OFF YOU NORF LANDAAN SALT MERCHANTS, we're winning it and not a thing you or your gutless players can do about it
Bluetintedspecs Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 Their cheating with suspected doping, players with major injuries recover in a week Business end pressure will tell, they've never been there! They are bound to drop points it always happens They will drop points at Sunderland as they're fighting for their lives. They will, they will, they will, we're still fkn waiting!
David Hankey Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 Arsenal to overhaul us by winning their remaining games baloney.
Westerby Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 1. Their luck will run out. When that was posted presumably luck could only last for around 30 matches. 2. Being out of ( or not even in) other competitions will mean the players won't be as match fit as the teams playing more matches.
chrishlcfc Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 The refs are terrible, they should concede 3 penalties every game but the refs bottle it.
theadmans Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 Ranieri is using his Mafia connections to rig games.
stripeyfox Posted 4 April 2016 Posted 4 April 2016 The free doughnuts were laced with drugs to make everyone more excitable and improve the atmosphere. (this is not a bad idea tbf)
