ItalianGuyWhoLikesLCFC Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Ajax and PSV have too I think. EDIT: According to Flash Scores Holland only get two places. At least one of them is in the groups and the other is in the play-off. Juventus are a point away. No, Juventus is already in. We are at 76 and Inter, which is at 58, can theoretically reach us but we would be ahead because of head-to-head points.
SystonFox Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Would We keep our seats in L1 or lose them like the FA cup? Most likely keep. You can chant :WHOAREYA: at the Real Madrid fans still
yorkie1999 Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 http://www.uefa.com/MultimediaFiles/Download/Regulations/competitions/Regulations/01/79/68/69/1796869_DOWNLOAD.pdf 112 pages of current UEFA rules and regulations if there are any insomniacs amongst us. 5% Minimum allocation for away teams plus 200 posh seats for their dignitaries/sponsors etc. Didn't look to see if we could have our clappers. The clappers are banned in europe because they contravene the eu directive regarding paper which states there must not be more than 6 folds per sheet.
Captain... Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 What do people expect we need to do to our playing style to not "embarrass ourselves" in the CL, as we keep being told that we will?Nothing, we've won the league playing this style, we just need to play it even better. Our success is down to being a team and playing the way we do. We change that we lose what makes us special, what makes us champions elect. I don't understand why anyone would want to change it, we have an identity and a style that has won us the league, why change it?
bovril Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Ferencvaros have already won their league. That would be wonderful, both for the city and the football history the name evokes.
Corky Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Make more passes between the centre halves, make more passes rather than shooting, spend £25mil on a couple of players who are good on FIFA, make excuses when we lose etc.... Six 1-0 wins. Nailed on.
Dan Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Qualified so far... Group stage - PSG, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund Play-offs at worst - Leicester City, Juventus, Dynamo Kiev, Benfica, Sporting Lisbon 3rd qualifying round - Olympiakos 2nd qualifying round - BATE Borisov, IFK Norrkoping, Rosenborg, Ferencvaros, SJK, FH, Dundalk, Zalgiris Vilnius, Liepaja 1st qualifying round - B36 Torshavn, Flora Tallinn, TNS

ScouseFox Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 yeah, a massive team, an easy team and a great trip. the dream three. real or dortmund, someone in holland or belgium then someone in poland/lithuania/czech/romania etc. dreamy.
The Doctor Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 No, Juventus is already in. We are at 76 and Inter, which is at 58, can theoretically reach us but we would be ahead because of head-to-head points. So Italy goes by head to head before goal difference?

Stadt Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Lyon Hertha Dinamo Zagreb I reckon we'd top that, great winnable aways in France and Germany as well as the customary scary Balkan tie.
Guest Bilo Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Qualified so far... Group stage - PSG, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund Play-offs at worst - Leicester City, Juventus, Dynamo Kiev, Benfica, Sporting Lisbon 3rd qualifying round - Olympiakos 2nd qualifying round - BATE Borisov, IFK Norrkoping, Rosenborg, Ferencvaros, SJK, FH, Dundalk, Zalgiris Vilnius, Liepaja 1st qualifying round - B36 Torshavn, Flora Tallinn, TNS Seeing us in that company is utter madness! You know we've made it when we're spoken of in the same breath as Dundalk.
ScouseFox Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Or just draw Celtic and get all three in one Celtic ain't massive or a nice trip, you mad
Stadt Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Celtic ain't massive or a nice trip, you mad they've won the european cup #massive sounds familiar that
Guest Bilo Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Dream group for me. Leicester City (seeds) Sporting CP (beautiful city, great stadium) Sparta Prague (no further explanation required) Dinamo Zagreb (the obligatory scary Balkans trip)
Dodgy Bob Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Watching Man City v PSG tonight, I don't think there is much for us to be afraid of. If we can keep this squad together and improve on it, I think we can realistically make the Quarter Finals. Can't wait, but let's win the league first!
bovril Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Dream group for me. Leicester City (seeds) Sporting CP (beautiful city, great stadium) Sparta Prague (no further explanation required) Dinamo Zagreb (the obligatory scary Balkans trip) Soft bastard, Zagreb's about as scary as Chipping Norton.
bovril Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Dream group for me. Leicester City (seeds) Sporting CP (beautiful city, great stadium) Sparta Prague (no further explanation required) Dinamo Zagreb (the obligatory scary Balkans trip) Into horticulture?
Guest Bilo Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Soft bastard, Zagreb's about as scary as Chipping Norton. In comparison to Belgrade, you're probably right! I'd rather Hajduk Split if I'm honest, but they're nowhere near qualification. Shame, the Poljud is a lovely stadium and Split is one hell of a city. Into horticulture? That reminds me, Ajax would be a good away trip as well. After all, you can lead a horticulture but you can't make her think.
