foxes_rule1978 Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 This thread is destroying my life! I have lived on this thread for three days now
SecretPro Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 I've been so ****ing unproductive because of this thread, I had plans and they have gone to sh*t because I can't stop clicking refresh. My life is very boring but still.
Thracian Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Arsenal should be a new insult, 'he's a right Arsenal' And entirely appropriate for anyone making excuses a la Wenger or pressurising the ref.

But, as we revealed yesterday , the champions' Thai owners are understood to have moved quickly by proposing improved terms to take Vardy up towards the £100,000-a-week mark. Vardy has also been told by England boss Roy Hodgson to put the transfer talk on hold to concentrate on the Euros, and agents have been banned from the training base in Chantilly. Leicester midfielder Andy King has revealed the whole dressing room have gathered together to plead with Vardy to stay. In pictures — Vardy and co arrive in France for the Euros: VIEW GALLERY Asked if he would be in contact to try to stop the 30-year-old leaving, Wales international King replied: “Yeah, of course. We want all our best players to stay and try to build from there. But what he decides to do is up to him.” Arsenal’s interest came after Vardy’s incredible 24-goal haul in Leicester’s title winning season. “Was I surprised? No, I don’t think so because all of our players have had brilliant seasons and are going to be linked with big clubs,” added King. “For Leicester, it is going to be a summer of speculation of incomings and out-goings. He said: “I will deal with Leicester when I get back, but for the next five or six weeks it is about Wales and what we can hopefully do in the tournament.”
Guest Chocolate Teapot Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Cross is close to Wenger and has an exclusive interview with him so is normally fairly trust worthy on stuff like this
cjslcfc Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Cross is close to Wenger and has an exclusive interview with him so is normally fairly trust worthy on stuff like this And Nursey usually has decent LCFC info from what I remember???
Cadno'r Cymoedd Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Well well well... http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/arsenal-fear-transfer-target-jamie-8127249 Great stuff from King, who of course will be a Wales as well as Foxes legend in a few weeks time!
WengersWingMan Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 I really want him to stay. I've spent months teaching my three year old that Vardy is a hero. He's proper excited to see him play for England, how can I tell him that Vardys turned to the dark side! But if we lose him and start next season with Musa and/or Deeney it's not the end of the world. You could distract him by teaching him the alphabet and counting
Thracian Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Just seen Vardy in an advert for Mars Bars. #believe Marianne Faithful liked Mars Bars!

On Saturday he was adamant that Vardy was a done deal, signed and sealed. ****.
simFox Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Great, that'll do. See you in the morning, time for u-bend straightener.
cjslcfc Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Well that's a big turn around from Cross. On Saturday he was adamant that Vardy was a done deal, signed and sealed. ****. I think a lot assumed if Arsenal came in he'd come running, including Arsenal themselves - that's where the "info" will have come from.
Lesteban Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Great to read the stuff from Kingy there, the guy is a true club legend. It makes me feel much more positive if the whole squad is in indeed rallying around to keep players together. Can't be a bad sign.
WengersWingMan Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Cross is close to Wenger and has an exclusive interview with him so is normally fairly trust worthy on stuff like this Nah he has a source but he makes allot up. We've been misled by him many a time.
The Doctor Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 And to think Babylon said King wasn't that good earlier in the thread. Should get a ban for that tbf
Jimothy Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 I think a lot assumed if Arsenal came in he'd come running, including Arsenal themselves - that's where the "info" will have come from. Exactly, it's not info, he's making shit up. Assuming he'd sign just because Arsenal offered isn't enough to write an article and a series of tweets declaring Vardy's move is done and dusted.
ARM1968 Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 If he stays I'll be happily astonished. Moving to Arsenal makes all the sense in the world and, at the same time, no sense at all. I think it's 50/50. He can't quite decide. Let's hope the bond between the band of brothers is stronger than the lure of the London muppets.
inckley fox Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 You could distract him by teaching him the alphabet and counting Quite rich coming from Arsenal, where their own coaching staff can't spell the names of their own players. http://metro.co.uk/2014/03/08/whos-mathli-flamini-and-ukas-poldolski-arsenal-misspell-their-own-players-names-on-official-team-sheet-4476322/
Fox 4 Life Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 Just hope that little crack whore wilshere isn't in his ear at the euros. Where's drinky when you need him!
