181 pages? That all, I've been out, bought a paddling pool, blown it up, fill it, strimmed the grass, can't feel my arms, and filled a bath up and it's only got to 181 pages? What's the latest?

Seven trent have announced a water shortage.

I believe JV currently resides in the Melton Mowbray / Oakham area...now that is a shit area where nothing happens. The big attraction for goodness sake is Rutland Water...aka Oakham reservoir...and that is your lot. I speak first hand living there..and desperately looking to escape from the area...and the local mentality !!.

Why would Wenger pay £50 million for a 29year old. Has he lost the plot or is it just a destabilising

tactic. With Manu man city chelsea and leicester going for the title, does he see him self a dead man walking, and is he just taking the favorite out of the equation

Am I the only person who thinks London is a bit shit?

It's entertaining for a day but after that I find it too hurried and the people are insufferable.

And the weather is still as crap a everywhere else.

If money was no object and I wanted to live somewhere different I'd move abroad or not bother.

Nope your not the only one. That tube in the morning is the funniest, people look so stressed and busy to get to work, just chill the fvck out man.

Why on earth would a young man want to live in one of the world's most vibrant, prosperous and entertaining cities with £140k a week pocket money when he could stay in Leicester?

It's the most overrated, over-priced, crappest quality of life - (even for those who have more money than sense), depressing, tension-filled, insincere, contradictory places I've ever been - And I lived there for 9 years.

Vardy will be ruined by the London way. Just like Gascoigne was. That's not even touching on how it will be if he is doing consistent bench time.

Can't think of it like this I'm afraid. Look at the last window trying desperately to sign any striker available on deadline day and ending up with nothing. Need to get in there early and sow a few of these deals up, ie. Slimani, been chasing him for 2 years so how about we just sort it the **** out.

Totally agree. We cannot afford to wait around only to be ****ed off by vardy and lose out on targets we sought incase he stayed. would cause us problems going into a new season.

we should Treat the situation as all 3 have ****ed off or want to, and Chase the replacement targets, best outcome that all stay and we have amazing cover for 60games or so, worst case replaced and settled ready for new season.

I have been in JV's corner in this but to leave us potentially high and dry without a confirmation where he wants to be? Would piss me off. Yes it's only June 7th, what if they get to the final (england) what's the date then, will totally fook up pre season with discontent and others looking at that green green grass. Thanks again woy. Not every player self destructs like Gazza. Vardy is significantly (from a growing up point of view) older than Gascoinge when he went to Spurs. Vardy is also married and has a child, plus two other step children.

London isn't for everyone, I don't mind going there as a tourist but would hate to live there. For me, the smaller the place the better. A nice village with one pub in the Lakes would be my choice. But other people like the bustling bright lights and that may be a factor. I don't think Vardy would be "ruined" by it though.

Totaĺly agree,

like all cities, in the UK anyway, London is a shit hole.

just go down edgeware rd if you don't believeus.... go and see for yourself, row after row of derelict shitholes, then mayfair pops up. 1million for a 1 room bedsit. No thanks.

Vardy is entitled to take his time over what is a big decision. Why should he rush? He is in demand and may be waiting to see what else crops up. It's not like he's been mulling it over for weeks on end. If we believe what we are being told then he was made an offer over the weekend, a whole TWO DAYS ago.

Come on Vardy I wanna know where my support/or lack of for England stands more than anything.

Vardy was my only interest in England this summer, if he leaves then I have no interest in England whatsoever, I don't wanna be supporting them if there is no point.

For Vardy to not give a decision, be bothered to watch England who'll bore me to death and be shit, then Vardy to leave when they get knocked out with be a massive kick in the teeth.

Think he's staying, but it's getting boring now, all parties just want an answer.

What'd be good is Arsenal get bored, think fuck this, withdraw their offer, we quickly withdraw our offer and Vardy is back at square one, the only thing with that scenario is he still has the £20m release clause which someone else would probably quickly take advantage of.

Seems like Wenger is running out of ideas to me....  envious glances at our league title and panic buying/ offering

Yes, but not at the point he signed for Tottenham in 1988 when he was 21. He didn't marry until 1996

lol some of you lot talking about the ins and outs of inner city London living. He'll probably just tuck himself up in a nice commuter town north of London anyway.

Personally find it quite disrespectful of Vardy to spring this on us and then **** off to the Euros without making a decision. If he is going, the least he could do is give us the summer to find a decent replacement.

Do I get Vardy on the back of my England shirt? This is a tough decision.

I don't know if I can cheer if he scores for England.

I think I might record it, avoid the results, and then watch

it when I know if he's staying or not.

Shit, it feels like a fortnight!

I know it feels like that!

Remember in the old days you wouldn't find out if we'd brought/sold someone until you read it in Match or Shoot the following Thursday!

I know what your saying but for me the best contingency is prepare for the worst, not like we lose anything by thinking forward.

All eggs in one basket we end up panic signing
