Leicesterpool Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 Swansea are doomed! they don't half go for some uninspiring appointments. You only have to mention you've spent time at Real Madrid and that's it, soon as you've said that your classed as a top coach even if you were just the kitman there! Funny thing about Clement is he spent one year at Blackburn in the championship a year later he was the assistant at Real Madrid!

Clements was academy coach at Chelsea and Fulham before becoming a coach at Chelsea, then assistant manager, before going to Blackburn as a coach. He then had a two year spell as assistant at PSG before joining Real.
