Guest ttfn Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 Trippier on the other hand is great. He'd be a really useful addition for us but Spurs won't sell.
StanSP Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 what a massive lump of shit that Janssen is. Absolute dummy.

AjcW Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 He looks like he needs a move away for sure. The guys in the studio said maybe he'll have a better second season like Son has.... but as far as I'm concerned Son was good last season!
AjcW Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 I still don't understand why teams sign strikers from Holland. The style of play over there means most games are goalfests! I can understand maybe signing a creative player who shows good ability but it seems an easy game for strikers over there!
TheMightySystem Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 Great goal but wtf, WTF are these handshakes?

There are probably a strong many hits as misses, but a lot of misses recently.
StanSP Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 credit to Alli and the ref there. allowed advantage but what a strike that is.
Finnegan Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 Might be being a bit unfair but think a better keeper saves that one. Looked like a stunning goal at first but it was actually pretty close to Gomes.

I know there is the odd exception, I really should have put those signed after a big scoring season rather than consistent quality and an international level presence too.
kingfox Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 Son the most improved player in the league this season.
VinceNoir Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 Top side Spurs but in fairness they should have a point deducted for every shitty handshake.

filbertstreet Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 Just now, Stevosevic said: Why? Its good for our top half ambitions if they're thrashed. don't like watching teams get thrashed if they get a few goals back next half and still lose that would be alright
Corky Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 Obviously I would love to do it again, and I wished we had a few more points to be absolutely fine, but part of me is glad we can watch this from afar without the pressure. And today they'll get closer to Chelsea than they managed from early March onwards last year.
Vacamion Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 Enjoyable game. Loving that the Twitter hashtag for the game is #TOTWAT

Loving that the Twitter hashtag for the game is #TOTWAT I just checked the dictionary: to twat (verb): Physically attack another person by, for example, punching, kicking, gouging, scything, flaying or any of the other forms of petulant aggression demonstrated by Spurs at Stamford Bridge in May 2016 as they realised the title was slipping away.
