They're really shit too often and it looks like Hughes has a squad with a loser mindset.

I think Bony is a good signing but he'll need service - At least Palace gave two good wingers to potentially supply Benteke. Just conceded too. 1-0 Palace. Edit: Make that 2.

I know he ain't getting sacked this early, nice to smirk at though. For the record I like Mourinho, but I think he has/is losing the plot. I did like Man Utd, but like many of the top clubs their fans are idiots, last season really showed. Good chant if were winning next week though.
Jattdogg Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 Rooney is not a top player thats for sure. He is the type of player tht either needs to come on for united in the last 10 mins or play for stoke lol. Something tells me that Jose isn't as sad as we think but who knows. Maybe he is letting the masses see rooney sucks now and will justify dropping him. If not he should become manager of twatford for obvious reasons.
weller54 Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 Hughes, Bilic or Mourinho to be sacked first?
Monsell1976 Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 Glen Johnson is awful, giving the ball away all the time. Never thought I'd say this about Stoke, but the are soft and have no fight, this could be a big score, their heads have dropped already

Sammy Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 Sky shoving Palace's atmosphere down our throats again by turning the pics to full volume despite the fact you can see there are only 40 of them singing

I reckon this job could be the wrecking of Mourinho.

ealingfox Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 Early days yet, and I know Stoke's not in the Midlands, but everyone who isn't from the Midlands insists it is, so with their being this bad we are looking good for top Midlands side for a 2nd season.
lcfcsnow Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 What chance have you got when the main striker looks like he cba, so glad to support a club that doesn't go near these sort of players anymore.

At least at the very top anyway I've stuck up for him until a year and a half, 2 years ago. You have to draw the line, you cannot defend the indefensible. He's holding England and Man Utd back, he's being accomodated and i'm not sure why, has he got some shit on the high and mighty of football or something? I just don't get it. 3 minutes ago, ealingfox said: Early days yet, and I know Stoke's not in the Midlands, but everyone who isn't from the Midlands insists it is, so with their being this bad we are looking good for top Midlands side for a 2nd season. Ah? Since when has Stoke not been in the Midlands?! Of course they're a Midlands club. Stoke On Trent - Staffordshire - West Midlands.
Dan Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 Even worse when they've spent twenty odd million on someone who had a great season in the position Rooney's being played in last year. No-one's telling me he's doing worse. I look at this Man Utd side and I fail to see the plan. Looks like, yet again, a collection of individuals.

Tuna Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 Mark Hughes beginning to look like a fraud. Look at his transfer records at his last few clubs. He's always had money, he's always spent it on experienced players rather than bringing in younger players and nurturing them. Can you remember the last youngster to make the first team at Stoke? Ryan Shotton who was quickly gotten rid of and that was a few years ago. Anyone else? Andy Wilkinson about 5 years previously? Players don't seem to improve under him either, when was the last time a Stoke player was poached by a so called bigger team? Remember when he was at QPR and he brought in Park, Bosingwa, Barton, Cisse, Wright-Phillips, Onuaha, Julio Cesar...all looked great signings on paper but what about the attitude? They were relegated by Christmas and Hughes was sacked long before that. That whole episode seems to have been airbrushed from history. Stoke are beginning to look a miror image of that QPR team.
Finnegan Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 Palace must have the most over hyped atmosphere of any ground in the Prem. ****ing terrible. It sounds like ours did back in the bad old days when all you got was about twelve people singing and occasionally Jobber banging the drum constantly with nobody joining in.
benn Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 what Watford 3 1 Manchester United with pogba (100M) hehehehe
