Super_horns Posted 19 September 2016 Posted 19 September 2016 Rooney should have been sent off for dissent a few times! Guess he is the captain so got away with it but others players were booked straight away (no bad thing btw..) Anyway despite Jose's complaining we fully deserved the win even if the first came from a foul but then who was making Capoue on the edge of the area... Probably go at lose at Burnley now (bad record there and its on telly so they'll make into Dyche v the Pozzos or something)

People moan about the high turnover of players but whoever is finding the players is doing something right aren't they?
Staffs Fox Posted 19 September 2016 Posted 19 September 2016 Absolutely no offence to Super Horns intended but who thought Burnley v Watford should be the MNF game?? A) It sounds dreadful but B) it's an 8 hour round trip at best for Watford fans on a Monday night!
Dan Posted 19 September 2016 Posted 19 September 2016 It would be great if officials were even one bit consistent. Look at Vardy's red card last season and explain how Rooney isn't sent off just about every game.
MrSpaM Posted 19 September 2016 Posted 19 September 2016 Rooney quiet clearly swore at the ref and linesman yesterday and completely got away with it
lgfualol Posted 19 September 2016 Posted 19 September 2016 Rooney could headbutt the ref and the F.A will stay quiet, but Vardy could fart in the direction of a ref and get a ban. As for Rooney and playing for Man U, he clearly has a clause that makes him have to start games. Nobody sane would start the obese **** otherwise.

hatasi Posted 19 September 2016 Posted 19 September 2016 i think mourinho should turn to national teams, coaching teams doesn't suit him anymore.

The FA have banned criticism of him, surely? Him and Trevor Sinclair both said on MOTD 2 that they wouldn't drop him and they would now 'try' him next to Fellaini, it's so laughable. You can't just go shoving him into any position because he's the England captain, everyone can see he's past his best but it's like they're scared to say anything bad/honest about his performances. It'd be nice to see some truthful punditry these days, you can almost see the wires from the FA's puppeteers. They may as well stick Pinocchio (before he lost his strings and became a real boy) on the show next week .
Koke Posted 19 September 2016 Posted 19 September 2016 I hope Jose sticks with Rooney next week, and Fellaini - Pogba pivot. If he sticks with that I fancy our chances to win.

Yet neither of the games v Arsenal or Chelsea were on.

Although saying that, I bet he scores a pen, Allardyce sucks him off and reveals to the media that he'll play in the next 5 world cups because Rooney does what he wants.
Izzy Posted 19 September 2016 Posted 19 September 2016 Listening to Koeman's interview today saying it's "crazy" to think Everton can win the league this season. And the rest of his comments sounded just like the stuff CR was coming out with last year - almost word for word Assuming we don't win it again, I'd love it if Everton did. For no other reason than to piss off the 'big four' again.

And one of their ex-players (Marc Wilson) this week suggested they did not do enough defensive training! Oh, don't get me wrong, they've been in a mess for a long time and it's carried right on into this season. But I just thought that was a terrible thing for Mark Hughes to say - after they lost 4-0 at home to Spurs during the run-in - and it was almost an admission that he'd said before the match "C'mon lads, let's do Spurs a favour, I don't want little Leicester to win it...". Regardless of my bias as a Fox, I'd be absolutely livid if I was a Stoke supporter anyway, hearing him talking like that. Talk about fines and improper conduct, that was pretty damn close to it in another form. But I digress..
Fox92 Posted 20 September 2016 Posted 20 September 2016 This whole Yaya Toure thing on SSN right now. Humiliated for being left out of Champions League squad, but Guardiola won't consider him again until his agent apologies for comments in which he said Guardiola should apologise to Pellegrini (I presume for replacing him as manager) ??
simFox Posted 20 September 2016 Posted 20 September 2016 That teams going to implode soon as they drop some points. Uk fans love to lay blame and the press will pounce the second they get the chance.
AjcW Posted 20 September 2016 Posted 20 September 2016 That disgusting specimen Yaya deserves everything he's getting from Pep. I'm pleased a manager has finally seen through the fraud he is. Whether his agent said it or not, you can guarantee Yaya thinks it

purpleronnie Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 I find it odd that a manager would care so much about what an agent said.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 24 September 2016 Posted 24 September 2016 Got to say it Man City look awesome ! Maybe peps is made for this league
