The people at front played a massive part in getting the trophy surfer up and were very keen to get involved. The group relies on the fans to make the display work, so despite a few comments it all turned out very well and most people were happy. The pictures look incredible. Looking forward to the next one!
baylisslcfc Posted 21 August 2016 Posted 21 August 2016 Huge credit again to everyone at UFS for the number of hours they put in to make these tifos happen. The tifo looked absolutely superb, they keep getting better. The Kop looked brilliant with all the flags. The atmosphere was turned up again on last season in my part of the stand, I presume the noise from the entire Kop is getting noticeably better. I find the comments about people complaining that they were not able to see the players walking out baffling, it's not like they were missing anything particularly important. But that point aside, for it to escalate into abuse and threats of violence is not on. There's nothing that can justify that, especially when the people that they were abusing were trying to add to the experience of others. You'd like to think the club would do something about that. The clear majority appreciate what UFS do, I can only echo that. They're a great crowd.

Its a small block from aisle to aisle which doesn't help, plus we have no idea what the tifo looks like being under them.

irishfoxkev Posted 21 August 2016 Posted 21 August 2016 As with all your tifos this was excellent piece of work and looked great...Drew very positive comments from friends who support other teams like Man U..Old Trafford on Friday night was pathetic for atmosphere and noise..Same with West Ham today .... Probably impossible to replicate this one but my immediate thought was it would be perfect for all our home Champions League matches.Get you guys and LCFC European/Worldwide exposure ...Let opposing team and their fans know exactly what we are . Keep up the great work

Agree that the CHAMPIONS OF ENGLAND urban graffiti banner was awesome and needs a spot somewhere. Although it is massive! so I don't where it could go.

Generally though, the artwork that goes into the banners of these Tifo's need permanent places around the stadium whether it be in or out.

I think those Swansea trophies have gone as those poles yesterday were the ones the trophies were on.

Maybe for a champions league game get the champions of England banner, the trophies from Swansea and any of the other bits and spread them around the ground.

They're all so good so it'd be nice for them to have a permanent home. Front rail of the Kop? Have you kept the previous Tifo banners - trophies v Swansea etc....

So, seeing as Mel has been going since she was 3 she should know that and she should have sat in a part of the ground where that doesn't happen.
