How do you mean? :D

I'm sworn to secrecy sorry. All will be revealed in good time.

The massive irony to all those moaning about a blocked view is that if you lifted up the foil sheet on any other of the displays, your view is blocked.

Absolutely bewildering comments from those moaning.

My 1000th post on a day when I can legitimately sing ....will you still need me, will you still feed me etc etc....

So I am an old codger who sits midway up SK2 right in line with penalty spot. I took my Mum on Saturday, shes 89! We both had no issues whatsoever with being under the plastic, indeed my mum was using the clacker to hold up the plastic; she was happy to stand for five minutes if it helped the atmosphere and showed LCFC in a very positive light to the rest of the world.

I have met a few Union FS lads through FT and on the Bochum trip, all decent blokes of varying ages. No real egos just want to support their team in their own way. They will occasionally tread on a few sensitive toes for a few minutes now and again, but so what. We have just had the most wonderful 15 months supporting our team. A bit of live and let live wouldn't go amiss from the more selfish fans.

Anyway, keep up the good work with those tifos, I am by no means the oldest where I sit and nobody around me minded at all on Saturday.

No real man would moan about not seeing players walk onto a pitch.

Definitely calling ladyboy on this one.

How on earth can you complain about this, it looked fantastic and was seen by MILLIONS on bt sport.

Laughable complaint.

The walkout is very much the same every time. PHG, players walk out, hand shakes abound, take off the trackie tops. By the time that fascinating spectacle is over, the foils and banners are invariably down.

actually a bit gutted for those who fund and/or make the banners and then have to receive near criticism. There really is no pleasing some people.

Absolutely pathetic, people whinging about the display need to have a long hard look at them selves...starting with taking there heads out there arses!! Jeeez imagine if these people actually had something worthwhile to moan about lol!

UnionFS do an absolutely fantastic job with a lot of there own time and effort for what, 3-4 minutes every few months? Keep it up fellas, I love them, as do the majority. Great work.

What many people don't realise is that these tifos get worldwide recognition as well, makes me immensely proud to see fans from all over the world waxing lyrical over something produced by a handful of extremely dedicated fans giving up their own time, efforts and expertise to enrich the team.

Problem is, as has been alluded to, you're asking some of the crankiest, ardent sitters to miss the critical bit of players walking out. These are people who I've seen nearly get physical with people standing in the aisles instead of standing up. It's a docile area and it's no fun.

There was one guy holding the banner on Saturday, he was on the end and he was giving it absolutely both barrels to someone in the stand. Part of me wanted him to be careful, because it only takes one idiot to complain, but then I did consider there would be some grouchy people who were being idiots.

I genuinely just think it's something that needs hammering into these people. Do it 3,4,5 times more and maybe they'll get it, maybe they'll understand and appreciate it. At the end of the day so long as you have the backing of the club there's nothing they can do and it's only words. Old habits die hard, especially in football fans.

I'm assuming this is strategic but is there a reason an image of the display isn't on the leaflet? I wonder if those would be a bit more understanding (we can hope) if they saw what was being displayed. Kind of ruins the surprise element I guess but it might make a difference.

Mel comes along in a stupidly unfunny t-shirt & stands in front of me acting like Christ the bloody redeemer and ruins my view. I paid a lot of money to be here. I find skiing is about the whole day. I turn up when it was suitable for me, enjoy the atmosphere, watch other skiers and see them come down the slope. Have done for years. How can anyone just come up in front of me, start taking photos as if he owns the place? It just pisses skiers off who spend a lot of money coming to ski and see the scenery.

Stupid thing is, you coukd actually see through the banner and foil anyway. Some people just love to moan. It was an incredible display that galvanised the performance of the team and the atmosphere in the crowd.

The kop was as noisy as the best i have ever heard! Keep up the good work.

I'm going to the cinema tonight.

If someone's talking through the Pearl & Dean music before the adverts start, I'll go fvcking wild. I pay to watch the trailers, adverts and enjoy the build up before the film starts. Block my view of the latest Always panty liner advert before David Brent: Life on the Road starts and there'll be hell to pay.
