casablancas Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Why? He is trying to justify why sterling should continue to play, he's also praising Kane's performance. Thing is a lot of the people calling up are saying he complete opposite to him.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 He is trying to justify why sterling should continue to play, he's also praising Kane's performance. Haha, this is a laugh... Hodgson will no doubt start the same team against wales though I'm certain of it

Tielemans63 Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Roy is just part of the problem though. The F.A will appoint another dull yes man, who in turn will opick the players from the popular clubs regardless of form or game time. Just don't get your hopes up too muchVery true. Part of the problem is that club football is the be and all now, international management used to be the holy grail and that's where you used to get your best managers but now the best managers aren't remotely interested in international management so your left with a pretty poor choice you make. BoyJones Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Looking at both games in our group today, it is clear that the standard of football is average at best, and I am now worrying if we can even get one of the four best third place positions. Leicester would beat all four teams on today's showings.

Raw Dykes Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 That was the perfect reminder of why I hate the fact that the England team is who I get to root for in international football. Contenders for most underperforming team in world sport? With the standard of players we've had over the years, the results we've had should be a hell of a lot better. Can anyone think of another team like this? Positives: Started very well. Good first half. Rooney was way better than I was expecting. Negatives: Front four were shockingly bad on the whole. Especially Kane and Sterling who did fvck all. Kane on set pieces is absolutely baffling. He's shite at them AND he's the only striker on the pitch AND he's tall. WTF? Roy's subs were the work of a fvcking idiot. Way too defensive. Defence is clearly our weak point - it's obvious to everyone but Roy that we can't afford to sit on one goal leads. A match tailor-made for Vardy and he doesn't even set foot on the pitch. After the season he's had, as well. Gobsmacked. I wish I could just stop caring about the England team altogether. Why can't we just have a manager who knows his arse from his elbow, and picks players on form, not how famous they are or the club they play for? So sick of it. Fvck Hodgson. Fvck right off you bellend.

casablancas Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Love how he's trying to avoid the constant calls for vardy too "Id love to see Rashford" ..... Seriously trolling us. Vardy involved in the most goals in the season, 1 goal from golden boot and full of passion yet he's molding skinny ass prints in the dugout.
Lesteban Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Hodgsons stating our loss of points wasn't down to his mid-management. Never heard him say something similar, he clearly thinks he was to blame or he wouldn't have mentioned it without promoting. His substitutions and our general naive tactics late in the game cost us. The Wales games will be even better now, will probably be the highlight of our tournament!
foxes_rule1978 Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 The Scottish are partying hard tonight!!! one of their finest footballing moments I'm sure

Vardy involved in the most goals in the season, 1 goal from golden boot and full of passion yet he's molding skinny ass prints in the dugout. Vardy got 30 goals and assists, that's more than anyone in the Premier league of any nationality. Period. And in less minutes than Kane got 25.
Jimothy Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Vardy got 30 goals and assists, that's more than anyone in the Premier league of any nationality. Period. And in less minutes than Kane got 25. 24 goals with 40 less shots than Kane too.
Matt Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Anything is better than Roy, going for Neville would be typical of the rubbish FA though I don't know you know, Neville has opinions, he opinionated, the FA don't like that, don't stand for that, they like yes men. I'm not sure Neville is the right man anyway, but I can't see him getting the job for the reason's above.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Vardy would have killed that game off for us, aging centre backs that are slow... he should have come on it is obvious
foxes21 Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 if Vardy didn't get sent off against west ham he'd have got the golden boot without question. Even then I doubt he'd be starting.

foxes_rule1978 Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 Hodgson doesn't understand how to play to expose the oppositions weaknesses and to our strengths ... he is a clown!
foxes21 Posted 11 June 2016 Posted 11 June 2016 do u think Hodgson even studied Russia's team? Their defence was slow as anything, Vardy would have had a field day.
