Matt Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 INGLAND INGLAND INGALAAAAND Typo? Change the NG to CE? (Change the manager and i'd agree with you but not under this arsehole)
foxfanazer Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 Typo? Change the NG to CE? (Change the manager and i'd agree with you but not under this arsehole) I can't stand the bloke but you can't seriously want us to lose?
Matt Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 I can't stand the bloke but you can't seriously want us to lose? The team? No. If they lose and he goes, major positive. You hear the saying/cliche "The manager's lost the players". Well he's lost me, and many others I dare say.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 And there is a shiny new contract waiting for him when he gets home Shame i've never seen the cunt at games, because I don't think i'd be able to hold myself back, wouldn't raise a hand like but i'd certainly give him a load of verbal abuse and dressing down, i'm sure others would join in aswell. Incredible after the last World Cup , it is a disgrace. He clearly doesn't have a clue, he has been here over four years now yet there is no structure or plan in place. Just feels random... he also has got England playing the worst football I have seen, no wonder we get a lot of stick from other fans! it is embarrassing.I can see the FA now if we lose to Iceland, well we won possession stats and had we had a bit more luck we could have won every game, so we are offering you a new four year deal for the amazing progress you have made.
ScouseFox Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 wait two years for each tourny an then hope we lose so we might but probably won't do better at the next one NICE
J.Lisemore Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 I can't stand the bloke but you can't seriously want us to lose? It would be pretty funny though...
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 iceland only has 330k people, england has 50 million - surely this is a no brainer yeah because thats how it works pougatch you ****ing walloper.
m4DD0gg Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 The team? No. If they lose and he goes, major positive. We will win though and then get bummed in the next round against france but cos he got us to the quarters he will be rewarded with a new deal
foxes_rule1978 Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 iceland only has 330k people, england has 50 million - surely this is a no brainer yeah because thats how it works pougatch you ****ing walloper. Iceland have a team and know what they are doing, England don't that is how it works
Matt Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 We will win though and then get bummed in the next round against france but cos he got us to the quarters he will be rewarded with a new deal Incredible isn't it. Because they beat Iceland and get to the quarters, he'll have done a good job according to some. Beating Iceland will paper of the cracks in some people's eye. I agree you can only beat whats infront of you, can't help that it's only Iceland (no disrespect to them) but it needs putting into context that they went unbeaten in qualification, that they got to the quarters... It's not just that though, it's the selection policy, how they're playing, I think Van Gaal could play more exciting football than this cunt.
AKCJ Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 Me an me mum an me dad and me gran are off to Waterloo. Me an me mum an me dad an me gran with a bucket of vindaloo VINDALOO VINDALOO NAH NAH
foxfanazer Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 Until the FA raise the bar of expectation we shouldn't really expect anything more than scraping to a quarter final. That will be seen as success
whoareyaaa Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 You watch sterling have the game of his life today if that's even possible
Matt Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 Until the FA raise the bar of expectation we shouldn't really expect anything more than scraping to a quarter final. That will be seen as success It's not about high expection's or over-expecting for me. I don't think we have a god given right to be better than we are, after all i'm a pessimist. But it's the selection policy, big club and big name player bias and boring style of play that is my issue.
Phube Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 I disagree, I thought Braggy Park was a volcano? Extinct but it used to be!
foxes_rule1978 Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 It's not about high expection's or over-expecting for me. I don't think we have a good given right to be better than we are, after all i'm a pessimist. But it's the selection policy, big club and big name player bias and boring style of play that is my issue. Exactly, there is no plan there... Hodgson doesn't even know what his best team is, he is the highest paid manager yet the only manager who doesn't understand his own team... it is pathetic and embarrassing to the country
foxfanazer Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 It's not about high expection's or over-expecting for me. I don't think we have a good given right to be better than we are, after all i'm a pessimist. But it's the selection policy, big club and big name player bias and boring style of play that is my issue. Thats not what I meant. The problems you list don't seem to be a problem to the FA. The job spec seems to be exactly that, pick the United, Liverpool and Arsenal players. Qualify for the tournaments, scrape your way through the group stage however easy the opposition should be and it's a bonus if we reach the quarters
foxes_rule1978 Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 Sterling ... oh man, how bad do you have to be to get dropped honestly
Tuna Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 This will be a standard 1-0 woy win. Early goal then park the bus. Dier with a long range strike.
Dodgy Bob Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 Can't believe Sterling is back in. He has been the worst player in the whole tournament. Put £20 on Iceland to win at 9/1. Felt liking putting a tonne on at those odds.
Legend_in_blue Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 Sterling ahead of Lalana? Yes, both are on a dire run of form, but Sterling more so, yet he's still in. Lalana - looks good on the ball, no end product. Sterling - looks terrible on the ball, no end product. Hodgson is clueless.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 I think we'll win this 2-0. Despite the talk of the lineup (understandably,) I feel we'll do alright tonight.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 ENGLAND TEAM NEWS Team to play Iceland: Hart, Walker, Cahill, Smalling, Rose; Alli, Dier, Rooney; Sturridge, Kane, Sterling What the fvck?Woy you are a CVNT
Sir Shep Posted 27 June 2016 Posted 27 June 2016 RELAX. Twoddle says we will win this in 90 minutes, even though what he says the opposite usually happens!
