If France who showed us up by beating Iceland heavily are struggling with the Portugal side who drew with them, without their best player, what does this mean for English football?

I think Sissoko is clearly in the school of 'blow hot and cold'. When his head is on it, he's very lively. But he can go for weeks and weeks looking almost the opposite. The Prem pretty much demands consistency of performance. See us last season. So not sure about Sissoko.
