If you're including the play offs then you have to include the Community Shield, not change it to suit just because we missed his 200th appearance last game

On the Community Shield, just because Wikipedia has put it in the same category as the play offs doesn't mean we should too. The CS is really only half way towards competitive, whereas that can't be said about the POs which are about as competitive as you can get.

Morgan has developed with us so much, and has become a real accomplished Premier League CB. Ranieri and Huth both played key parts in his progression IMO. Whenever Wes is playing, from the stands I always seem to feel content whenever he's in possession or defending. He's surely got to be up there with the best CB in English football.

BoyJones Posted 5 September 2016 Posted 5 September 2016 Very underrated player in his early days, a real shame he wasted so much of his career playing for a team with no obvious future. Did the right thing switching to us and deserves all the accolades going. A top player, in my 53 years watching the city hard to place any CH above him. I know people will shoot me down and mention Sjoberg, Cross, Walsh, Elliott etc. They were top players, but Morgan has been part of a title winning defence, that trumps it for me, over anyone.
