kingfox Posted 20 September 2016 Posted 20 September 2016 Zieler Hernandez - Morgan - Wasyl - Chilwell Gray - Amartey - King - Schlupp Okazaki - Musa Subs - Hamer, Benalouane, Drinkwater, Kapustka, Mahrez, Vardy, Ulloa Will be very surprised if we win tonight, I think they'll be too strong for us. Keep Morgan in to partner Wasyl, put Musa alongside Okazaki to keep our pace, rest pretty much picks itself. Have Drinkwater, Mahrez & Vardy on bench so we can bring them on if losing.
Durnerz Posted 20 September 2016 Posted 20 September 2016 I think Ranieri will start with a second string but have the big guns on the bench ready to come on if needed, be a shame to take a hiding at home.

We did fine in the championship playing almost twice a week. They're professionals on 100s of 1000s of pounds a week. I want to see entertainment, and I want to see some big names. It's a trophy that we have a chance at. Playing Preston on Tuesday and Ipswich on the saturday can't really be compared with playing Chelsea and Man Utd in the same space of time. Premier league teams play a much faster pace of football. Further to that, the money they earn doesn't mean that they should be fitter than physically possible for a human being. We need to rest key players so that they are not all fatigued for Saturday.
John Williams Posted 20 September 2016 Posted 20 September 2016 Leicester vs Chelsea, EFL CUP. Tue 20 September 2016. 19:45. King Power Stadium. In astrology (may work): the logo/symbol of the match will be: * Leicester: A Flag Bearer In A Battle. ( = unarmed ) Keynote: The nobly accepted subservience of the individual to collective values and goals = Consecration to an Ideal. The symbol asks Leicester: Are you ready to assume this role!!?? The flag-bearer is unarmed, defensless; yet he can be the rallying point for the total effort of the team. unarmed = maybe the absence of big players big weapons! * Chelsea: An Airplane Sails, High In The Clear Sky. Keynote: A consciousness able to transcend the conflicts and pressures of the personal life. = Transcendent Realization. * Play & Score: An Indian Warrior Riding Fiercely, Human Scalps Hanging From His Belt. Keynote: The aggressiveness of human instincts when fighting for their earthly base of operation. = violence and aggressiveness are basic = Violence For Survival. . * I think: The game will be a bit violent and aggressive. There will be no draw. It will be too difficult for Leicester to win. It will be less difficult for Chelsea to win.

That's the reason I'd suggest rotating anyway.

I, for one, am interested in seeing how the predictions stack up to the actual outcomes at the end of the season. Thanks for taking the time to put this together pre-match, @John Williams! You pretty much nailed Burnley.

Merging Cultures Posted 20 September 2016 Posted 20 September 2016 I went for a poo this morning. The skid marks on the bowl looked like a right mess. I think the game will be really difficult and messy. It will be harder for Leicester to win, than for Chelsea to lose. But that's because we will play our B team and Chelsea need a win after some bad results. Nothing to do with my pre-shower dump.

Guest CityFan 06 Posted 20 September 2016 Posted 20 September 2016 Looking forward to tonight. Intrigued to see how Musa and Kapustka get on should they feature, I reckon Musa will play the Vardy type role in which I think he could flourish at.
biggs Posted 20 September 2016 Posted 20 September 2016 Gut has us winning this......can't tell you about the reading of the tea leafs or the star alignments with the moons but gut says 2-1. Hope Gray gets a good run in along with Kapustka.
