esoog Posted 23 September 2016 Posted 23 September 2016 No Mahrez no Slim against Chelsea. Vardy late sub. Momentum gained, squad played well. Mahrez and Slim look like they are having fun. Thats contagious and brings confidence
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 23 September 2016 Posted 23 September 2016 0-1 us, got a good feeling about tomorrow.
tsintskaro Posted 23 September 2016 Posted 23 September 2016 How come you think they can score 3? Have you watched how Manchester is playing? : / + Martial and Armenian guy are out
thybluefox Posted 23 September 2016 Posted 23 September 2016 Get them on the back foot early on and their crowd will get nervous - then they're there for the taking. Let them dominate the first 10 or 15 minutes though and we might struggle.
Izzet is God Posted 23 September 2016 Posted 23 September 2016 2-1 with a dodgy ref decision being the clincher

If you really think playing our first 11 on Tuesday was more important (to keep momentum) then God help us. Every single English team that competes in the ECL plays their reserves in this competition, which is why they introduced rules for it. It's not a coincidence. I think we would of rested wes, Simpson and Danny if we could of. Our first eleven (-mendy?) are all nearing 100 % as we go into the week where we host Porto in the most prestigious club football completion in the world as champions of England. And you call our manager weak? If you thought that these kinds of games are meaningless, then just see what the wins did to Chelsea's and MU's morale after both ended up playing with their A teams.. I may go along with the so-called ECL rules if they were used fairly by all teams, which has never been the case. "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush"
limeydale Posted 23 September 2016 Posted 23 September 2016 Two years ago in our first PL meeting in 10 years with MU we whupped 'em 5-3. In the Two years since we've come back in the league we're 1-2-1 against them. We are turning the tide against MU, we're a better team now, they are a weaker team. Their dominance in the PL is waning and other teams smell blood in the water and are ready to move in, us being one those teams. I believe we're gonna thrash 'em again 3-1 and Mourner won't shake Claudio's hand.
lee7 Posted 24 September 2016 Posted 24 September 2016 I notice that Mourinho keeps complaining that referees are missing decisions that favour united. So watch them get every decision go their way today.
UPinCarolina Posted 24 September 2016 Posted 24 September 2016 Either we run them off the pitch or they take us to the woodshed. I can't see a hard-fought draw or slim victory here. Someone won't show up.
SpinneyHillRanger Posted 24 September 2016 Posted 24 September 2016 0-5 to us, slimani hatrick, vardy and mahrez
stretch1965 Posted 24 September 2016 Posted 24 September 2016 My dream last night was 2-0 to the scum, I do hope I am wrong
CPW22 Posted 24 September 2016 Posted 24 September 2016 Didn't look out of place against the, at Wembley and I think we've become more certain of ourselves since then with Amartey and Slimani being the notable differences from that game. would love a win, head says scoring draw - 2-2

Sir Shep Posted 24 September 2016 Posted 24 September 2016 I'm of the opinion that Rooney and Pogba will have a great game so the media splat fest can commence! If he does drop Rooney then I'll feel a little better!!! Still that said if Mahrez and Slim play fantastically then there's no reason why we shouldn't be able to get all 3 points assuming Moanioe "suttel" hints about referees doesn't sway the decisions today.

reynard Posted 24 September 2016 Posted 24 September 2016 Well we have a terrible record there and having seen they have left out Rooney I think that is likely to continue. We couldn't cope with Lingard in the Community Shield and the pace of Rashford is a major concern. Would like to think we might get a draw but feel it will be a comfortable afternoon and a 3-0 win for them. We look all over the place defensively against anyone any good.
