My fault.. Was driving down to Devon for hols... Switched the radio off at 1pm......!

Shambles!!!!!!!!!

That first half was back to the dark days to be honest, just not organised at the back and shipping cheap goals

Its tough to take but its not a crisis. We clearly need to do some serious defensive work in training, get Amartey watching videos of Kante, Gana etc.

Tactiacally we can't keep sticking with 442 against the top teams who flood the midfield with quality as Drinkwater can't be the creative force and cover those out of position. Don't think 451 is the answer though.

We'll get there, we need to stick with the team though, the fans who travelled today were fantastic but this season the KP has been crap. L1 seem to have disappeared and as for the atmosphere on Tuesday that was just a different level of shit. Were not used to losing, and its been years since we've been properly dicked.

Tuesday against Porto has to be electric. And the players have to work together defensively, especially from set plays.

It is hard to think of positives when your last two away game you have shipped 8 goals... basic errors really and I'm hoping that the problem can be easily fixed with what we have. This is now down to Ranieri earning his coin

I just can't be arsed. We are physically too small and weak and don't have the quality to compensate.

Poor tactics by Ranieri and not enough fight from the starting 11. Disappointing all around.

I am well pissed, got no issue with losing but laying down your pants and let them shaft you is unacceptable.  The whole team were at fault.

Amartey is young and is learning, but we need experience and talent sometimes against the better teams

Not against Porto. Albrighton and Mahrez have earned their spots in CL. Have you already forgotten the Brugge game?

I'm of the opinion you need to perform in both the prem and CL to earn your spot for the next game.

One year in 47 years.

Can't believe this is the same team bar one that made me so proud.

At least we can't say it was because Kante left for Chelsea this time.

Did we miss Kasper organising the Team or did they get drunk last night at the Manchester Hilton ?

It was poor to say the least, all bar 22 minutes..

Can we out this crap about idrissa gueyye to bed

he isn't playing in a two

watch him in a two and then carp on about him

NG in our formation last year just worked for lots of different reasons though I dont recall us ever playing a proper two up top like we did today against any decent sides

Not so much food for thought, more like a banquet.

Special shout out to Demmy Gray who scored a worldie today. Great for his confidence, what isn't is not selecting him for Porto, Claudio take note!

Unforgivable defensive errors handed the game to United before half time.

Claudio really needs to consider his options as far as formation goes and transfers ongoing as we're missing Kante much more than we thought we would.

There's so much wrong it's frightening and even some of our fans seem to be living on past history instead of realising that the past is gone and we need to deal with this season now.

I really wish they get benched (in league games) to see who can do a better job. Gray and Schlupp? I don;t think so. Today's second half was training for MU. Now, who is gonna replace the defensive line?

They need the hunger to actually want to do well in both... we are lacking that fire of last season. We saw it in the CL because the players gave it, just shows bigger pay cheques don't make better players. For me it makes for players being complacent and their stomachs for achievement aren't empty anymore. They are full already, so feel all they need to do is turn up :( we need to get back to when we were bottom playing that way , with nothing to lose and all to play for that is what won us the league. Let's get our Leicester back

Gifted the three points because of three huge defending errors.

Cut them out and we'd have got a point today. United didn't play well and 4-1 completely flattered them.

Started fine then fifteen minutes of madness destroyed the match.

No positives for me , going to be a very long season with a bottom half

finish

Too many show ponies in the side

If it's of any consolation (and it's not), Liverpool are ripping Hull apart at the moment.

What it does show is the difference in class from top to bottom in the EPL.

Brugge would be struggling to stay up in the Championship. I'm not sure why some of you think a good performance against them is anything more than expectation. We face monsters on a weekly basis, we need performances to fight monsters, not just minnows.
