The most likeable people on TV.

I know he's already been posted, but I'll take any chance I can to worship this absolute delight of a man, and certainly a hero of mine. All hail Sir David!

anyone who doesn't conform to the norm or isn't "fake" and is genuine which obviously rules out reality people and those look at me tv types

Good thread this.

A few I like... Jeff Stelling, Jason Mohammed & John Motson (Motson does the commentary so not sure if he counts, a real legend of the game though).

Good calls on Bob Mortimer, Jon Richardson and Katherine Ryan, particularly Bob Mortimer - he seems like a genuinely top bloke from everything and every interview I've seen with him

David Attenborough... I have it on very good authority that he has absolutely no time for people he doesn't know. I have colleagues who've had to do photoshoots and events with him and they dread if he ever comes to town as he is very frosty

Robson Green off Extreme Fishing- the most enthusiastic presenter I have ever seen and he made fishing more fun that it should be.

That's my vote. It was pretty even between claudia and hugh fearnley-whittingstall, but the "sexy panda eyes" won it in the end.

You're joking, right? she's up there with Davina McCall as my 2 most hated tv personalities. both are incredibly irritating and nowhere near as funny as they think they are!

First part...absolutely with you there, I bloody love Bob Mortimer!

As for the second part. You take that back about Sir David right now or I'll be forced to challenge you to a duel!

On camera he does come across as the nicest bloke imaginable - I'm only passing on what I've heard from people who've actually met him! Aka possible bullshit

Unfortunately, I've heard something similar from someone before, but I just pretend I didn't hear it, I don't want my ideal view of the man broken lol

He's not really on TV anymore which is a shame. I miss this guy, he had that rare ability to make you laugh at the most unusual moments. He needs his own chat show.

Could do a night out with these people.

Very likeable. :D I am more of a Bridge player so hopefully that would not put her off.

I always get the impression that John Hartson is a cracking bloke from MOTD.

Always talks a bit of sense. Not always right but he goes about being wrong in the right way if that makes sense.

Never seen him slate anyone for an honest mistake.
