Ok, things are settling down after ten games played. Have we a better idea of what is reasonable to expect from the season? Are our expectations shifting from the beginning of the season? Make your choice and then give your reason below. As usual, I have included the results of the previous poles for comparison.

To be consistent, I went for 2nd place after beating Burnley, and I've gone 2-4 again as I think that is doable if every game is treated seriously and we have some luck with injuries and timing etc. I'm quietly hopeful that things might go rather better than we feared after some of the maulings...

I voted 7th - 10th, although I think we're capable of a top six finish. Pre season, I predicted we'd finish 6th so I reckon somewhere around there.

I think 7-10th was the safe choice, but I'm shooting for the metaphorical Moon with a 5-6th place finish. We're finding our depth right now and being buoyed by Champions League success. I am hoping that the swagger is back. It certainly feels that way.

I still believe Champions league is a realistic target for us, and have gone for 2nd to 4th, we've already played most of the more difficult matches, the run in from here on in will be a piece of cake. :)

We have three or four tough but winnable matches coming up and then Man City, a few days after a CL game. Providing we keep improving in the forthcoming games, our performance in that game will be the litmus test for the season for me.
