Now sliding into 2017, same scenario...Liverpool away top of PL. 68minutes of oneway traffic, the reds have us penned in. Then a break Musa drives forward slips into the stride of Vardy, who in turn greatball to Ryhad he beats 2 men then gets up ended..penalty fkin penalty!!!!! Mahrez gives ball to Vardy , they hug quickly.. Vardy puts the ball on the spot...drenched in the heavy driving rain, he takes a short run, hammers it high in the middle...goal!!!!!!!. 69mins. Then again Liverpool throw everything at us kitchen sink and pots... 92mins ..scheisser peno for Liverpool!!! Courtino, puts it on the spot, strange how the rain suddenly stops reports the commentator.... he take his run up..perfect to the left hand corner.....Schmeichel flys through the air .... Then the radio bloody well scrambles and screeches....no..nooooooo.!!! Whats happened??? did he ? Did our Kasper hold onto it...oh the tension!!! The agony the radio seems to laugh back at me..!!! Well fk you...I turnback to watch the telly and have 3 screens, BT, Sky and good ol BBC on the go. Monsell1976 Posted 2 January 2017 Posted 2 January 2017 For me the fa cup is a bit of a downer for us, always get a premier league team last few years, would be more enthusiastic if we got an away day at some low league ground, and a bit of standing on old terraces.
