reynard Posted 31 January 2017 Posted 31 January 2017 I think we will win the toss and kick off towards our fans with a long punt somewhere towards the corner flag. We'll all run forward in the hope of getting the ball but fail. Then we'll retreat to just out side our penalty area for the next 7 or 8 minutes at which point we'll probably concede our first goal. Then there will be a scrappy 20 minutes during which we huff and puff and Vardy jogs from one side of the field to another for no purpose and Drinkwater tries to impersonate a rugby player by punting the ball aimlessly forwards. On 42 minutes we'll concede again. In the second half Burnley will ease off realizing they don't have to try very hard and we will continue to play in a narrow strip just in front of our penalty area with the occasional long punt back down the field to their defenders. Ranieri will bring on Musa around the 70 minute mark followed by Okazaki five minutes later who will immediately fall over. Oh and in the 87th minute we'll manage a shot on target which will really be a misplaced cross. Pretty much our approach to every game. Of course last year's team might bother to turn up but I'm not overly hopeful.

Not sure what the point of Albrighton is if we don't have a target man. Hoofing longballs into the channel for Vardy (which worked last year) doesn't work this year. He is good defensive cover, but I think it's like slapping a band-aid on a gunshot wound with the way our back 4 play.

lgfualol Posted 31 January 2017 Posted 31 January 2017 Is the rain the actual reason why Okazaki isn't playing? He would end up on his arse constantly. Why do Burnley come out to Arcade Fire
lgfualol Posted 31 January 2017 Posted 31 January 2017 Barnes isnt even that good but I think he and Gray will destroy wes and huth. Pray Ndidi saves us
