Underwhelmed and worried

I just cannot understand what is going through the heads of them all at the club.

We have been poor all season, confidence has gone from the players (and me), no passion, no desire, etc. etc.

I've tried to remain positive and stay on side but today has been the last straw for me.

We finally had a chance to bring in some quality to sort out the problem.

I get that it can be an expensive window to operate in but how much has the club taken in over the past twelve months. If we wanted to stay in the Premier by the end of the season, then something drastic needed to happen but it hasn't.

And then we lose to Burnley. Bad day!

My prediction is, we lose to Man U and Swansea and then Sevilla hammer us and Ranieri is gone! The we are in the ****!

Apologies for the unorganised rant, needed to get it off my chest!

What your prediction for the clubs position by end of March?

I'm clinging to the hope that a new manager will turn it round, but Ranieri has to go.

We look as bad as Newcastle under John Carver. We cannot afford to let it get too late, we must act now.

However I have a sinking feeling the owners have given up. Hope I'm wrong.

No need to apologize mate everyone takes it differently. Each game ends in diappointment these days, it's not all about the results but the way we play... Hard not to get emotional one way or other, if you care about the club.

I think the owners need to react. We've been hoping for a positive change for months now, but nothing's changed. We're as clueless as we were at the start of season. There's no point in waiting anymore. If the owners don't act soon... I just can't see the light at the end of tunnel atm :/

It is worrying. I stil have faith that we will survive. I think we have a huge monkey on our shoulder (ok maybe its king kong instead) but if we can find form any time soon i can see us grabbing 45 points on the season. If not then itchy butt time for the rest of the season.

If i was the owners i would pack my bags and leave with the money made. Sell to some unsuspecting mug.

Leave this train wreck behind.

the biggest problem now is the MONKEY are a bunch of those underperforming overpaid players

I am waiting to see if the owners will finally stand up & brush past CR and Rudkin & do something drastic.

It's well over christmas & something's gotta give

On the playing spectacle - it's hard to even sell tickets to see LCFC play the ugliest football in the EPL. That sh*t is not even good for the Championship if you have watched the likes of Wolves or Newcastle

What (almost ) everybody here seems to forget: with this typ of football did we

win the title last season.

The only, but big difference is, that last season we won close games

(do you remember all those 1:0) This season, like last night, we are losing

them.

Huth and Morgan were hoofing the balls last season, and they are hoofing them

this season. Simpson,Albrighton, Okazaki and King were  average footballers

last season, and that didn't change this season etc.

What, however, did change, is the performance of Vardy, Mahrez and Drinkwater.

It seems, that they have completely lost the plot. Who knows why?

If those 3 players are out of form, at the same time (and without Kante),

LCFC is a relegation candidate.

It's not simply results that worry me. It's the performances. Says a lot when we're hanging on for a nil nil at ****ing Burnley.

We don't work opposition keepers. We don't get corners. We barely attack.

Just get the ball and lump it forward into the corners or hope Vardy grows a foot every time.

Don't look like we want to win a game

Agree that we are inferior in every department at the moment except goal keeping.  I have a feeling with a few more losses it will be curtains for our brief time in the premiership.  I will physically vomit if we go down and Sunderland survive for yet another bloody season.  The shame of it!

It's becoming hard to defend. I have been preaching patience for a while under the argument that Ranieri deserved time to bed in the January signings, well NDidi has been here a while now and a solitary backup defender isn't going to change our fortunes.

Its genuinely quite upsetting to see the speed with which this has all fallen apart. We needed to act in January to fix it. Given that we didn't there is only one real way (rightly or wrongly) I can see to shake things up, as much as I hate to say it.

Hearing that Burnley had signed Robbie Brady left me gutted and full of envy!

Palace although they have splashed a load of cash have bought quality in (Jeff questionable) but the point is they have strengthened their case for survival and it'll probably pay off for them at the cost of us going down

last two transfer windows have been a joke

I disagree, we played great football last season and the back 4 didn't get chance to hoof it as the midfield (mainly Kante) came to receive the ball.

Yeah there was far, far less hoofing. The balls that Burnley tried to play to Gray last night were what we did with Vardy. Run the channels, use his pace. We don't do that now. It's just go long to his head

I think we're probably doomed but Slimani is the one hope I'm clinging to. I know some people don't like him but he's far too good for this shite and at least has a better chance of doing something with the mortars lobbed up aimlessly from our defence than Vardy does.

I go every game, for a long time, I have not had the pre match excitement, as I know what is coming, but I go because that's what we do.

But it's clear it's gone past the point of a blip, and no more excuses can be used, it's time for the players to stop feeling sorry for themselves and put a performance in, before its to late

We need to follow the blueprint of 2014/15- forget all-out defending, our tactics are bollocks. Just attack, get the opposition on the back foot and let the players enjoy their football again. The fans will respond, and we'll get some upward momentum. The problem we have is that we don't really have any easy games coming up- by the time we play Hull at home, we could be in the bottom 3.

Swansea might be on the up and we might be dreadful on the road but we've got to go there and show something, even if it is just taking a point. But yeah the fixtures just look horrible, probably something to do with us looking like we can't beat anyone for nearly a month.

We need to beat Watford Sunderland and Hull at home, if we fuk one of those up then Bournemouth will do instead but obviously that's on the last day, I think if we get those nine points the other 8-10 we need will come from the odd home win and a few shitty draws.

Obviously no idea what the owners think but it's time the fans let them know the severity of our situation. Many posts referring to no fight well we are supposed to be some of the best fans

Ranieri out (  with dignity hopefully)

Rudkin out

Complete overhaul of scouting

At least Foxes fans can be Fear

Disagree - Unfortunately the football we are playing now bears absolutely no resemblance to the football of last season.

We were poor in August, September was pretty bad, October wasn't very good, November was poor, December was awful and the less said about January the better...Nothing much has changed and we are stumbling in to February. Roll on March, April and May...

A couple of CL nights aside, its been shambolic.

It's simply because other teams just concentrate on not giving drinkwater any time on the ball, doubling up on mahrez and having centre backs standing a couple of yards off Vardy. Remove those 3 from the game, which obviously isn't very difficult to a decent oppo manager, and we are shown up to be a side lacking in quality. I think it's time to start playing from the back more often, if not all the time, just to try and pull the opposition midfielders and attackers up the pitch without the ball.
