crazyleicester Posted 5 February 2017 Posted 5 February 2017 There hardly threatened for 25 mins, Mata made a horrific challenge on Vardy and should have been sent off but once again we are not getting any luck or the rub of the green. Unfortunately, our attacking award winners contributed fudge all once again. Mahrez shot when he cut inside in the first half and nearly hit the corner flag typifies things at the moment. Vardy couldnt hit a cows arse with a banjo and looks disinterested, maybe working on his next book or the film may be draining the poor sod. Danny was a bit better today but largely wasteful and it was left to Ndidi to shine bright for us along with a cameo from Gray who again frustrates as he looks dangerous from the bench but ineffective from the start. The defence was woeful at times once again but you defend from the front which unfortunately Vardy has forgotten in doing and he needs to take a leaf out of Okazakis book. Despite all of that, six clubs are in the shite, we are one of them and the hope is we will have our mini run that takes us away from the crap. Heres hoping!!!!

They are professionals They don't look like professionals to me. They have clearly given up the ghost, the effort levels are well down. Struggling to get yourself up to go again after such a big achievement is a known phenomenon - look at F1, Rosberg retired because he knew he couldn't go again.

If we lost to a last minute winner - fair enough but we never really threatened and once they scored I knew that was it.

The sports psychologist going won't have helped, but how can they go from so calm under pressure while Spurs were nipping at our ankles waiting for the slightest slip, to letting their heads drop at the slightest hint of things going wrong. There is a huge problem with these players, and it's why changing the manager won't do anything for us.
