Like a huge shit, its taken a while to build up and brew, but eventually the dam burst.  Enough is enough, I'm agreeing its time to go CR.

I would much rather have a manager that knows how to run the club, than a manager that who is just able to give a good press conference.

Prefer a manager myself who can actually do both in tandem.

As frustrating as it is - a shit pitch is a massive leveller, as is the feeling of adversary when you go down to 10. People who are acting like we couldn't do a simple job are showing themselves to be comically unaware of football - the sort of band-wagoners we'll happily jettison soon. Frustrating to have gone out, even more so like this, but people acting like it was inconceivable are arrogant to the extreme

Both teams play on the same pitch, in the same weather and conditions, that's just a poor fukin excuse. According to that logic no prem team would ever win on a league 1 pitch.

People say  they 'wouldn't like to see him sacked'. I agree on account that we won the league under him, which will always be our greatest ever moment and he's conducted himself with class and dignity. However, if he is sacked then it should send out the message that nobody is safe and we'd see that the owners are taking action to address our current predicament.

I really feel like I'm having a nightmare where you can see something horrific about to happen, and you know you could stop it if only you could shout, but you've got no voice.

We're back in the Championship next season. Got to plan for that right now. I don't want any more damage done to the club by Ranieri, but I know I have to sit through it, anyway.

Get Rowett in asap. Get Ranieri and Rudkin out asap.

Of course this won't happen. Ranieri and Rudkin will be here when we finish 20th, while Rowett will be snapped up by a Championship club who will batter us next season, no doubt.

We'll always be remembered as the champions who were relegated. Fvcking fantastic.

I`ve been trying to stick with Ranieri, he deserves that for what was achieved last season.

Now though, after the embarrassment  of today, i think it`s time for him to go.

I don`t think it will make a difference ultimately, i think we will still go down regardless, but if we are to have any chance at all, i think a change is going to be needed.

The players need a spark, and Ranieri seemingly is not able to give them that.

Their will be no great escape this season as things stand, because we just do not have that spirit or mentality to get us out of it.

It is so sad, because i would have rather Ranieri go of his own choosing, but unfortunately we have to try and look after ourselves first and foremost.

I agree, this is how my sentiments have been running.

Though I am finding I have contradicting thoughts at present.

Claudio has fluffed all his lines, through this whole season, when he had the chance to change it, his loyalty

his stubborness, and his total misreading of what was/is necessary, made him stick instead of twist.

The lack of movement and even short time investment in the transfer window was pathetic business +football sense

I never thought I would need to say those words..It hurts, today like a couple of times this season he and

the players had real chances to turn it around, no matter how you read and ride it, it shows a true lack of quality,

and descision making, on and off the field. The owners too, must take alot of the blame, they took the plaudits

i n their interviews on player persuasion, so now they have to face upto their management failings this season

If Ranieri is allowed to see out the season then our owners are accepting relegation.

Our only chance is to hope that a new manager provides a bounce and can sweep away the negativity hanging over the club.

Well it started off GOOD today then it went BAD and ended downright UGLY. Compared to Wenger with no title in 12 years Claudio has 1 in just 2 seasons at a far weaker club then you could argue why and what are we even talking about. This is an almost unbelievable story of wave crest followed by shuddering slump. You couldn't make it up. I am stunned and more miserable a City fan than Deeney's 97 th minute shocker 3 seasons ago. Stop the merrygoround I wanna get off ! :-(

No, it's not - a bad pitch can bring a side down to the lesser sides level - particularly if that side is trying to play on the floor. In that respect, that's a mistake that Ranieri made today, Slimani should have started and we should have played to rough them up more. As for the second sentence - nowhere near true. The pitch can change the dynamic and give the lower league side a chance, but by no stretch of the imagination should that mean that the lower league side should always win

Devils Advocate - we go unbeaten in the next 5 games, people who want him to go right now, would you still want him gone then?

My opinion - if he goes now, no one would come in to make any difference.

Keep the faith.

I've wanted him gone since September. It's not just about results. So much about pre-season preparation, all the media speculation, the expensive but unconvincing signings, the payrise disparity, the disunity in our teamplay, the poor results that followed it all pointed to a ship with a leak that needed fixing fast. Now were're all but wrecked but we need to reach dry land to have any chance of building a new boat for next season's adventures - wherever they are.

Are we cursed? Because at this point I think we've exhausted all the other possibilities.  The win against derby was the first bright moment of this season so losing today to an inferior team of only 10 players is too much to take.  Is it worth playing Seville at this point?  I can't bare to watch it scares the scrap out of me!

So you are saying the one time we tried to play on the floor is the time we shouldn't have? Well that sounds like Ranieri to me.

You can polish it, spray it with perfume or even sprinkle glitter on it, at the end of the day a turd is a turd. That is exactly what we are seeing-shit. No one gives a ****, no one cares. Only us, the loyal fan base who follow through thick and thin, divided by opinion but all love one thing, OUR LCFC. Whether you are a young fan or followed for many years, we all want what is best for Leicester-stability, fight, passion, how we miss a certain Mr Walsh in defence-he must be seething, as most of us are.

The whole club from top to bottom is in disarray. Ok we get rid of CR, who can realistically come in and change something? There will be someone, but who? Hull and Swansea got their new managers in BEFORE the transfer window-so as personnel goes we are stuck. They aren't the best teams in the league but **** me, Swansea were there for the taking, and we massively fluffed our lines-again!

As much as we disagree or agree with one another, one thing comes through the love and the passion for us to do something, show that spark, fire in a fantastic unbeaten end to the season. Do ****ing something for ****s sake. You're paid thousands of pounds a ****ing week you jack lazy twats to run round after a ball for 90 mins. Not much to ask to put SOME ****ing effort in, they're not  grafting their bollocks off for 40,50, 60+ hours a week just to keep a roof over your heads and pay to watch the shower of shit that are the current 'Champions' of England.

If I was the chairman, go in to the players and say 'you want to play like wankers week in, week out-right your all on trainee wages until you earn the wages your on!'

I hope we don't get emanarrased in Spain on weds but when PSG and Bayern do what they've done-what hope have we got?

I agree with some he has to go but he can't be sacked after last season I think Vichai and Top need to ask him to put in his resignation and give him a golden handshake of a couple of £M !

For me I'd like me to see Mancini take over to save our season so if our prima donnas refuse to play for Claudio then surely they'll play for a new manager ?

This squad need tearing apart and starting again the owners said they were going to plough in over £180m which didn't materialise noes the time to buy better players than the ones mascarading in a city kit as footballers our bottlers need to be sorted out now !!

If he resigns, wouldn't he lose a hell load of money? If that's the case he's not going to resign is he.

That's how I've felt for weeks and have said so. I feel powerless to do anything about an ever deteriorating situation and the owners 'loyalty' is going, I fear, to ruin everything.

What are the main characteristics we should be looking for in a new manager?
I'd personally like someone that could hopefully get us out of our current but is also a long term appointment. The next manager in my opinion has to be under the age of 60, have a clear vision of where they want to take the club. Someone who can give us an identity. I think someone Sean Dyche would be perfect for what we need, but he won't leave Burnley to manage us at the minute. Other than him I really like Wagner at Huddersfield, but again why would he leave. I'm certainly open to giving someone like Gary Rowett a chance.

He's a nice bloke, but I was moaning back in October when we beat Copenhagen at home. We looked awful then and nearly five months later we look worse. This is way beyond a form slump. This needs a "root and branch" overhaul. The Italian fella walking is the start of that process.

Wow. To want him out since September. That's ruthless.

However, that's why we spend our hard earn cash, to passionately follow our team and voice our opinions and who's to say what's right or wrong.

For me, we are at a point of no return and we know the owners are sticking behind Claudio so think we should all do the same and try and provide a catalyst to keeping them up.

We keep Ranieri and we go down it's as simple as that. The owners get everything they deserve if they keep him.

Unfortunately for us the owners can sell up at anytime they want & leave.  Us fans will be the one's that will be left with the mess they leave behind.

The contracts that the players have is frightening, we could easily end up in a mess like Portsmouth.

Sack him now and please please give us a slight chance of staying up.

A Copenhagen fan came up to me after that game and said 'do you guys not feel lucky after that?'. He went on to talk about how he was disappointed with the English champions and spoke about the difference in budget between the two clubs and was gobsmacked at how even the game was. I knew we were playing rubbish football, but I was just happy to get the win and get ever closer to the last 16 of the champions league to really care at the time.
