UniFox21 Posted 18 February 2017 Posted 18 February 2017 Its not been good at all, but why do people on the radio immediately scream for MON to come back the minute we may need a manager?

Corky Posted 18 February 2017 Posted 18 February 2017 Bloke on Five Live was making good points until he said Gary Neville should be given the job.

Who'd take over now except a manager out of work or able to combine duties with an international team although this probably doesn't apply to O'Neill. I think it is his passion and drive that people are looking for rather than necessarily the person himself.

bob gregory Posted 18 February 2017 Posted 18 February 2017 i knew we were a better team than Pearsons results suggested but it all started under him, the great escape, the team spirit and the control over the players.. I always felt another manager could get so much more out of that that squad and so it proved,, the brakes were off,, the overly defensive mindset abandoned and fvck me what a team All Ranieri did was praise, maintain, encourage,, What else has he done ,,, not one decent signing ,,,,very wasteful lucky man
Babylon Posted 18 February 2017 Posted 18 February 2017 Let's face it, replacement wise we might as well start thinking about the possibility of championship football. So forget your Mancini's of the world. Rowett at the minute looks like someone who can get the best from players and work with what he's got. If he doesn't work this year at least you have a very decent up and coming championship manager.

The Thai's have been great investment wise, they run the club better than any owners we have ever had. But they seem a little naive with this loyalty crap, man up Top pay off Ranieri. Your investment is going down the Pan. Would ravour have Shakey manage if we cannot get anybody else in just yet. The club was run best under Pearson. We've seen how the Thais ran the club when they first came in, and they've been pretty poor this season. Without Pearson, we'd have gone the same way as QPR

Although a little Ostrich moment right now may give us a little boost.

I would much rather have a manager that knows how to run the club, than a manager who is just able to give a good press conference.

One thing is absolutely for sure, Ranieri has lost the players. Anybody arguing against that now is just deluded.
Larry_LCFC Posted 18 February 2017 Posted 18 February 2017 We are just embarrassing ourselves. We are are a national laughing stock and rightly so. We WILL be relegated if change isn't made.

Loyalty, faith, honour etc I'm past caring now, Ranieri should be gone and if he isn't then I blame the owners for taking us down just as much as anyone else.
