Lambert09 Posted 5 March 2017 Posted 5 March 2017 I'm in Thailand at the moment and I was in the middle of nowhere, being shown around by some Thai friends and we drove past a Leicester City themed restaurant. This isn't somewhere foreigners go and it's not an expats business this is just a Thai fans. To to me it's mind blowing, 3 years ago they probably wouldn't even know anything about us but now we are big enough to have a restaurant made in our honour. We've got to be proud of how far we've come. Thought I would share my very shocking photo of the place with you.

Thanks, I read in an article last year that there was a restaurant in Bangkok that had gone City-themed but I had no idea that we'd become that well known across the country. Any idea whats on the menu? Possibly Roast Liverpool or mashed Hull a la Mahrez?

skikdi Posted 5 March 2017 Posted 5 March 2017 You guys are huge in Algeria. Not at all uncommon to see someone wearing a Leicester shirt or tracksuit every day here. All of them are knock-offs, but watching Leicester on the week-ends now is bigger than any of the 'big 4-5' clubs in England. Sometimes they show your matches in local theatres. Amazing when you think no one here knew how to pronounce the city name when Mahrez first signed.
