Was all set for a few drinks whilst waiting for my food, then just saw the score. Well at least it gives us some space in the league, but pisses me off when I remember Everton beat us.

4-0 now.. But The Arses 4th was bloody miles offside!

How did we not beat Everton

Well, we probably should have still beaten them.

Though it must have been surreal for the players that night all the same.

Quite good to see Bournemouth up there after the sainted MOTD pundits spent most of the first half of the season saying they needed to shell out millions on players. Although that seems to be the only thing MOTD pundits actually know how to say these days.

"Fountains Of Knowledge".

Oh well, at least Everton are getting d1cked so not as bad as it could have been, we haven't really lost any ground on anyone.

Can't help feeling we have in a weird way. Everton and Burnley got games against the top 6 out of the way, we missed a chance against Swansea. Think this game might come back to haunt us.

Absolutely - that and the Watford and palace results utterly embarrassing

Palace was just a bad day at the office against an inform side. We never win at Everton. Today and Watford are the games we threw away.

A week ago some of our fans thought Arsenal was in reach. What a difference a week makes.

Indeed. 7th is THE best we can hope for without doubt.

Funny what a few wins does to people’s judgement.

Why is Man Utd v Huddersfield Sky’s game of the day? Was looking forward to watching WBA v Southampton.

Didn't we the last 2 seasons before this?

When we won the league we won at Goodison. Seem to draw there a lot. It's still a tough place to go regardless of form.

What he said. We have a better record at Anfield in the Prem than Goodison.

I completely agree with you both, regarding it's a tough place and we draw there alot but I think it was a really good chance thrown away by us. Especially given our recent record there...
