He'll either have to work on improving his right foot or become so good with his left that it won't matter that he is predictable for defenders a la Robben. He seems to utilise the outside of his left foot quite a lot.

Surely you can still have a contract subject to medical. If Man City have accepted our offer and he's accepted the contract then the only thing that should be able to in theory stop this is if he failed a medical.

No particular need to announce anything - plenty of reputable journos have reported its being sorted. We don't have a history of publicising deals until they are done and dusted.
