Kelechi Iheanacho

They wouldn't sell him to Chelsea, let's be fair Aguero is still more than capable of 20 goals a season and Chelsea will be one of their biggest rivals for the title. No chance they would help them out.

Even if Aguero goes to Chelsea (which he won't) they will buy another world class striker to replace him. They wouldn't be entertaining Kelechi leaving if they thought he could challenge Aguero now.

I'm not usually one to say lock the thread but this one is a total waste of time at the minute. Seeing lots of unread pages just to find they're just full of classic FT 'jokes' is beyond boring

Chelsea in for Aguero :(

I'm suprised it's Chelsea, but not suprised Pep would be willing to let him go.

That won't impact on our transfer interests though, things appear to far down the line and if you're letting some like Aguero go, you replace with a big name, not your young back  up striker that you were just about to sell.

This is where the idea of having a latest 'news links only, no chat thread' would be great...

... but sadly when trialled the notion was beyond too many on here.

this thread is like a zoo where you can come and observe some of the most un-funny, tedious, wit-less and moronic nobheads foxestalk has to offer in their natural habitat.

And you being abusive and offensive shows exactly what type of person and category you fall into too! Have a good day in the zoo fella.

To be fair there is a lot of fresh material here too.

I struggle to see why anyone would have a problem with people having a joke on this thread.   Just dont read it mate...as soon as Kelechi is confirmed either way a new thread will appear  in the Leicecter City Forum and this one will be locked.

It's amazing how this simple course of action seems to be often overlooked by those unhappy with the lack of news on a thread.

Spot on. Anyone that finds this thread boring and unfunny, then just skip over it for Christ's sake.  If anything positive 'were' to happen, then let's face it, FT is very unlikely to be the first media outlet where it would be announced.......

Hey we are fairly up to date, remember chopper watch before Ranieri was announced! Top investigative work :schmike:

Winter is coming

Jeff? Surprised he can muster a lob on judging by the size of him when he was a ref.

It was a really good idea that was given up on too easily. Surely it could have been made to work? Short term ban for people who posted non-news? Limited access ? Would

be great to make it work as most threads just become same old crappy comments and well-rehearsed arguments.

When you know the lock is coming

When you've spent nearly your whole day rummaging through the pages of this thread for news but then find out he's going Spurs.

You kind of have to read it though, in case there's actually a real post. I just skim and move on, the banter doesn't bother me and is still more readable than a lot of the click bait out there like "top funny animals on motorbikes" where you have to read a million ads and go through page by page.

I think the fact that Kelechi isn't in the US with them is a good sign.  I'm going to the Man City game on Thursday, so I'll 'av a word with Pep to get a move on!

Manchester Evening News disagree:

"KELECHI IHEANACHO – the striker is expected to leave this summer with Leicester favourites to land him in a £25million move, so his absence is no great surprise."
