Fair play, if you walk up to and bawl at the ref, no matter how wronged you feel, you should go off.

 

If Neil Warnock did it, we would rightly slag him for it.

 

The best way for a manager to let his displeasure be known to a ref is to stand there menacingly, shaking your head, staring at him, as he goes off,  à la Pearson.

It has taken Chris Foy over twenty minutes longer than us to confirm it wasn't offside. BT could save some dosh and use this forum instead. They could lose Hoddle too and use some of our comments instead.

I bet Pep feels he could learn a lot from Pearson about management tbf.
