1. It's only colic, stop fretting.

2. No, wipe in the other direction.

3. Have you put little Obi-Wan's name down for the nursery yet?

4. He/she needs a sibling so forget about your vaginal tear.

Lol this takes me back to when my first was born hahah

My brother thinks he is some sort of semen/sperm god who impregnated his wife twice in like 16 months or something. Wasnt so enthusiastic after realizing two young babies arent easy to manage Mr Super Soaker.

Anyway...this stuff about pubs closing. Good.

A VERY unpopular opinion from where I'm sitting ...   and worthy of an incredibly long ban !!!

There is nothing more insufferable than a new parent who acts as though they have invented procreation.

Your baby is, like all others, ugly, dull, and pointless - while at the same time being a complete drain on resources. Nobody cares about your birthing pool, stretch marks, sleeplessness or brand name infant clothing that’ll barely last the week. I’d rather spend a weekend in Hull than view your photos, thanks.

Really? Research says that about breast feeding? No, I didn’t realise you could get those for your nipples. Yes, I guess graduating to solids early does indicate they are operating on a different intellectual plane. Fvck off.

You sound a bit bitter mate you alright

I would include newly married women and their mothers.

At work, a woman I barely knew was 'showing off' pictures of her daughter's wedding. She then came to me and asked if I would like a look,  I said no thanks.

If looks could kill!

You've seen one set of wedding photos you've seen them all and it's even worse if you don't even know the people concerned.

Of course, social norms and niceties, would dictate I looked at them, pretend to look impressed, remark how wonderful the bride looks and ask one or two pertinent questions about the couple and guests.

I would include owners of new puppies/dogs. No I am not interested. I know this post maybe highly contentious but some people treat their pets (particularly dogs) as if they are children.

This is nonsense. My dogs are far superior in every way to my children.

Correct ...  there's no way my kids could chase a p1key down the road and sink their teeth into his harris ..

When there's an unnamed footballer or celebrity arrested for sexual assault or something similarly messed up, I don't find the identity search online comfortable, almost as if its transfer news or something.

This isnt aimed at anyone on here btw.

A visitor to ours wanted to show me a photo of his daughter and their new born child (visitor's grandchild) I think my face said wtf as I flitted a cursory glance, an said 'oh'

I really have no interest in people's family photos.

Cornwall is hugely overrated.

Definitely agree with this. There are many more beautiful, and certainly less over crowded, places in the UK.
