I think it will go to general sale. It's the week before Christmas, plenty of people have other things to spend their time/money on. Also we'll just have played them in the league and there will be lots of changes for both sides.

Probably depends on prices as well to be honest.

Expect it to sell out - it is a quarter final after all! - but they won't go quickly. Anyone who really wants to go should be able to go.

Liverpool and Leeds sold out with no issues due to ticket price - this will be the same

Not sure why everyone is complaining, that extra income will pay Adrien Silva's wages that week?

He's vital to the team, without him who knows where we'd be?

https://www.efl.com/news/2017/november/round-five-draw/

The Carabao Cup Round Five draw was made on Thursday 26th October, revealing the four ties that make up this year's Quarter-Finals.

Bristol City, who have knocked out three Premier League sides en route to this stage, were handed a plum tie against champions Manchester United at Ashton Gate, which will be played in the week commencing 18th December.

West Ham United fought back to win a thrilling London derby at Tottenham Hotspur in Round Four, and they face another capital clash when they travel to Arsenal, who themselves made a late comeback to advance.

Chelsea were the first ball drawn out, and the five-time winners will welcome AFC Bournemouth to Stamford Bridge in their last-eight tie.

The other tie will see two teams with seven Cup wins between them face off. Leicester City, winners in 1964, 1997 and 2000, host four-time winners Manchester City at the King Power Stadium.

Round Five fixtures

Tuesday 19th December

Arsenal v West Ham United (7:45pm)
Leicester City v Manchester City (7:45pm - live on Sky Sports)

Wednesday 20th December

Chelsea v AFC Bournemouth (7:45pm)
Bristol City v Manchester United (8pm - live on Sky Sports)

Is this likely to make general sale? any idea how many tickets are left as it stands now?

Yes.

Season ticket only priority finished last night and the members period starts at 8.00am this morning.

Just had a look and over 9,000 tickets left and that's not including the family stand and the main blocks in the West Stand.

Can anyone tell me exactly where Union FS stand, I know its SK1 but dont know exactly where. Usually end up around them for cup games and always enjoyable singing for 90 minutes compared to K1 where we're lucky to get 5 chants going a game these days.

Where I sit there is no chanting, just moaning. I need to move next season...

You'll struggle to find an area where that isn't prevalent.
