Love the man.

Glad he got those goals against Brugge and Sevilla too.

Will go down as two of the most iconic goals in the club's history and he'll always be considered a legend here for those moments no matter what else he does for us.

Hope he ends up playing here til he's 35 and clocks 300+ appearances for us. I reckon he'll be the last survivor of the title winning side still playing for.us in 2024.

Going to go against the crowd, I find him irritating with his aimless hoofs into space and infuriating inability to use his left leg other than to stand on. He's too limited and would like to see him replaced

There are some points to what you say (in that he doesn't have a decent left peg) however there are plenty of decent one footed players who have done well so would struggle to buy that as an argument. (examples include Giggs, Becks!)

He can be hit or miss, and that's what irritates some  people BUT out of the wingers we have he does work the hardest. More often than not he does deliver.

Too limited? How do you mean? He gets into the right positions, can cross the ball, and covers the defence.

When you say replaced, who could you realistically get in without  spending an atrocious amount of money?

The grass isn't always greener...

That's 3 beautiful balls creating assists in our last 4 games (And a goal). Got more assists than Oezil and Christian Erikssen and joint with Coutinho. Not bad for a freebee.

Really looking back to his best under Puel after a shaky start to the season.

He seems to be playing along with Mahrez with a much greater freedom to move around the pitch.

He's an effective grafter, similar to Milner imo.

Exactly, Except quicker and look what Liverpool paid for Milner.  Mark is a vital member of our team, It;s the sum of the parts rather than the outstanding brilliance of a Mahrez.

Albrighton is one of these players if has a good game he gets little recognition, as a bad game people don't half really put the lad to the sword. Back on saturday against Liverpool, when he got substituted alot of people around me refused to clap him off one bloke said "I won't clap that lazy w*nker"

I'm quite glad he goes unnoticed, he has been a bargain signing and never been in the radar of other clubs.

He works very hard, but he isnt that technically gifted or cute enough with the ball, and doesn't get enough goals to be too class.

I think whatever your opinion of Albrighton, and he seems to divide opinions on here most of the time. 'Lazy' is the last word you can use to describe him.

Agreed. Untalented and limited but a grafter no doubt

Always been a fan of Albrightons but it Seems Puel is getting the best out of him, he didn’t start a game for the first month after he took over

he has 6 assists and 2 goals, 5 of the assists and both goals have been since he started on a regular basis at the end of November

Albrighton never has and never will be England quality. Decent enough player for us and epitomises our team spirit and work rate but he isn’t good enough to be called up to the national team.

He'll be here until he retires. He'll eventually become either a full back or centre mid utility player like Milner.
