For someone who cost nothing he'd been bloody brilliant. He's basically a much better version of James Milner. But because he doesn't play for a glamour club he wont get a chance for England.

Been a big criticiser of Albrighton's because, lets face it, under Sheakespeare earlier this season he was shit and should've been dropped. He seems to have improved under Puel, like many, which is good to see. Superb cross for the goal.

Personally think we should sack off playing him on the wing and give him a crack in the middle. His range of passing in that brief spell in the middle of the park yesterday was unbelievable.

Mahrez

Albrighton

Ndidi

Gray

Okazaki

Vardy

Would like to see this personally.

Next thing I hate after the player slating threads are the dithyrambic ones. His cross for Maguire's goal was great, without any question. He still did have a poor game tonight and I disagree about him being one of the best performers in the last ten games. Like hell.

Just because he runs a lot doesn't mean he always has a good game. Does is it mean he's crap or doesn't deserve (until now) a place in the starting XI? Hell no. I wish people could find a middle way in their judgement.

"Dithyrambic" - not often you see that word on a football forum!

Albrighton drives me fvcking nuts at times, and I'd still like to see him replaced with a technical player- that said, he embodies everything good about our club and there's no doubting his place amongst our legends of recent years. Modern day Guppy.

He'll be playing as Right Wing Back against Watford (with Simmo and Amartey being out).  Chilwell will be Left Wing Back, with Morgan, Maguire and Fuchs in the Centre.

Why didnt Pearson rate him until he (or Cambiasso) was desperate enough to put him in the team?

Didnt think he was great until that cross tbh, just remember a lot of his crosses hitting the ankles of the first man. But you know eventually he will deliver a top class cross and christmas was saved

what i like about marc is, he doesn't seem bothered if he is starting or coming off the bench (sunderland last season). like simmo, he is limited but he gives it all. you honestly can't hate those players. knowing your weakness is a strength in itself.

The guy gives 100% every game sometimes England class sometimes not at the races. We picked the guy up on a free from Aston effing Villa and he was a major cog in the greatest season ever, very under rated very under valued but a top servant of the club. For those who follow the oval ball game when Tigers dominated they were not a team full of superstars they were a team who played as a team hence the dominance.

He is a top player for us.

1) We’d won 2 games in 24 matches and were rock bottom. Albrighton came into the team which gave us the balance that allowed us to switch to a 3-5-2. We then went on to win 7 out of 9 games in which he assisted 3 goals & scored 2. He WAS one of our best players in those last 9 games along with Cambiasso/Vards & he had a major influence on the team.

2) A player that “runs around a lot” and gives you work rate off the ball is just as important to how a team operates & performs than a player that does the business on the ball.

3) My post was to give the guy some credit (which he rarely gets) & praise for everything he’s done for us since we signed him on a free.

For you to not see what a great servant he’s been and just reply with a pointless negative post is quite embarrassing

What I like is he passes the ball forwards.

They are high risk passes which when they “hit the target” create chances.

Thats where his value is aside from the work rate.

He was brillant hes workrate is outstanding. Don't forget he ended up playing in a few different positions yesterday. Think he might start as a wing back against watford with us playing 3 at the back.

Yeah, I'm sure he will be right wing back against Watford and I think he'll do well there. So much so, I reckon we could see him as a regular there, if CP decides to go with wing backs and 3 central defenders at any point.

Why on earth would you drop Iborra for a winger? Iborra has been such a steadying influence on Ndidi

Also why play your best crosser of a ball central?
