There's one that has just turned up around our way, it's the size of a small country.

open the full version from your phone, add reply, "more reply options" or whatever it says in the corner, then select to attach a file and choose one from your pictures. 

 

 

that's how it works on an iphone anyway. i assume other phones are the same but who knows.
